the CGI is very bad in this season... firestorm's head while flying to the portal... and there was something else I noticed but I dont remember now...

and the the zoom trailer... that portal...

not that I really mind... I just think it is weird...

am I the only one noticing that in both trailer zoom's suit looks yellow sometimes ?!
in the chest on the first trailer and in the shoulders on the second...

and in the second trailer, it looks like zoom has the lightning symbol on the chest like barry and the reverse flash...

The only thing I'm wondering is why doesn't zoomean just try to kill Barry himself as opposed to having villains from Earth 2 do so? I mean is he preoccupied with something more important to him?

So, from my limited knowledge of the Flash comic universe, it seems like they're kind of combining aspects of The Rival and Zoom.

If you Google pics of The Rival, in one of them, a panel of him sporting a black mask gives him a look very reminiscent of this Zoom's mask, down to the mouth impression and eye holes.

If you Google pics of The Rival, in one of them, a panel of him sporting a black mask gives him a look very reminiscent of this Zoom's mask, down to the mouth impression and eye holes.

I'm wondering if Atom Smasher went after the wrong Flash in the premiere, and Zoom may be a version of the Rival whose real grudge is with Jay, with Zoom being a villain from Earth 2 it seems like Jay would be who Zoom's referring to when he tells Atom Smasher to kill The Flash.

I'm wondering if Atom Smasher went after the wrong Flash in the premiere, and Zoom may be a version of the Rival whose real grudge is with Jay.

Also, doing a little digging, in the comics, The Rival at one point just vanished into the Speed Force, which could explain why this show's Zoom can can travel back and forth between Earth-1 and Earth-2 through wormholes so easily.

The Hunter Zolomon Zoom in the comics also had a similar ability, if I'm not mistaken.
