I should have started watching Flash from the beginning, but didn't. After Season 1 on Netflix, I was depressed to realize that Season 2 isn't so easily accessible. Anyone got any advice? (other than something along the lines of "Next time don't be such a stupid @$$", because, well, I am)

I think Hulu has some episodes from season 2.
itunes has those season passes if you don't mind shilling out $35..

there are full episodes on crave tv and Hulu and I think shomi has it now as well. all online streaming net works the first crave tv is doing a deal for 1th month subscribers where the first month is free.

I really loved Season 1 of The Flash but what has happened to Season 2?

Why is everyone so 'nice' to each other. Not all the characters have to have a sensitive side.

For me, it is in danger of becoming a sickly soap opera.

I thought it was kind of messed up how Cisco told Barry to tell Patty his secret, and one of his reasons was because she shot Harry. It seemed so messed up because he was right there in the other room.

This was a pretty bad episode, but really just symptomatic of larger problems the show has had for a while. Too many characters and subplots, pretty forced interpersonal drama, an underdeveloped (probably) once-off villain, and an overall arc that doesn't develop so much as just remind the viewers it exists.

I think at this point the show would be better served doing rotating "day in the limelight" kinda episodes for the different cast members, tie zoom into it as necessary and take a much more focused approach to the overall end of the season and what they're building towards.

Additionally, can we have Team Flash work together effectively for a change? It's pretty annoying how the bad guys keep slipping past their traps or surveillance.

Grant's charm is killing it.

'Patty' better not leave, she's awesome.

I'm interested in what they're going to do with RF. I don't understand how he's back. Is this a different RF from Earth 2, who not only went back in time but to a different Earth/dimension?

I think they should have held off on the Wally West character right now. Just another cast member to throw into the story.

I believe this is a "younger" Reverse Flash.

In the promo, Harry said this was more like an "origin" story, so I take it he won't be as fast or powerful as he was when our Barry fought him, because technically, he's never really fought a Barry Allen Flash before.

The soft, heartbreaking music was upped in the last episode. They need to tone down the soap opera. I hope there's more Zoom and RF. It's good to see Matt back again.

I don't mind the nice factor but it definitely feels like they did a lot of the bad or filler episodes out first this season. Zoom has literally had no impact on this season like reverse flash did once he was introduced. I just want this to pick up and have some energy already.

The mid-season finale and the premiere felt like fillers. This one was slightly better than the finale though. Agreed on Zoom. The writers aren't giving us anything in terms of basic information. Harry and Jay know so much about who he is and what he can do. Can't the writers focus more on Zoom as opposed to the meta-human of the week? I get it in this case (slowing down speed is useful) but the show is using but their fillers where it's getting obvious. I felt a lot from last season that is lacking in this one.

I think one of the reasons why Season 2 doesn't possess the big mystery factor that nearly every episode in Season 1 had was because the big bad for Season 2 (Zoom) isn't on screen for every episode where we get to see a new layer for his larger plan.

We had the Reverse Flash in every episode, posing as Dr Wells who was helping Barry stop metahumans while advancing his own plans as well and you never knew at first on what his real endgame was.

Season 2 is also hurting because of the Legends stuff. Arrows feels the same, and even in tonight's episode, where the villain is there again, it feels way too obvious that both shows are stalling and killing time.

I guess I better not visit this thread because I haven't started season 2. Good thing I don't know what people are talking about.

See ya when I catch up on S3.

And it doesn't help the fact that based on early reviews, it doesn't seem like Legends will be that much better off in terms of its quality either. At least when "Arrow" suffered when they were busy establishing "The Flash", the latter TV Series showed results for it.

Supergirl not being on the CW is all the better for it.

Midseason finale and premiere were following the recent crossover that's launching Legends. I feel both Flash and Arrow are not off to a good start.

I hope they both finish strong because these 2 shows are the biggest for CW I believe. It just feels like the drama driving the story is missing.
