i still leave the possibility open that zoom could be someone else then 2nd Evil Barry..

But still, could explain the flashbacks while Barry was traveling back in time too save his mom. like when Barry is in prison and such..
MAYBE his mother got killed in another period of his life, like say: his mom died because of the singularity, wanted revenge soo bad he drowned in it while becoming the flash.. and turned evil

I don't think they would intentionally make Zoom the same build as Barry. It would be too obvious.

I haven't been following the spoilers and set photos so Light being Earth 2 Linda was a good surprise to me. I should've seen it coming with her character suddenly showing up again last week.

Patty is awesome and I'm liking her chemistry with Barry.

I really wish Jay gets his speed again... It's sad to see him this helpless.

She did, I don't know how you miss that but... well, it's rather obvious to me at least.

Well, seeing that she was supposed to be his 'best buddy' I think it would have been kinda - just a itty bit - expected of her to be supportive, like any decent friend would be. And, even if they weren't friends, what she did was just plain awful, clearly one of her worst moments for me so far. But sure, you liked her like that, then the more power to you, it's just good that we are finally over that phase it seems.

Honestly, I wouldn't hate that. He definitely has the body closer to Shipp's. Would be kinda neat to see the current Flash versus the former Flash.

I really liked that theory a lot at first, but by now I think it probably will be Barry. Though it would probably fit with the sudden disappearance of Barry's dad, like that he got killed by the earth 2 version and replaced... I really wish they would go that route, it would be quite an interesting twist, while Zoom being an evil version of Barry would really not... -_-;

lol please tell me your joking? we've know this since Barry captured reverse flash due to both fire storm and Oliver as the arrow helped him capture Eobard and Cisco confronted him before last season's final episode. don't be surprised about Catelyn ether. it'll show up with her later and make her mentally unstable(make seem evil) for a bit too. well if we don't see an alternate reality version of her that is.

Yay, Jay is gone! Too bad he'll undoubtedly be back since the actor who plays must be the woodenest ever.

Don't know how I feel about Dick Harrison Wells. Sometimes he was funny but other times he was just unpleasant. I'm glad he's still coming up with shady schemes and keeping secrets from The STAR crew. He wouldn't be Dr. Wells otherwise.

Flash's literal blind date with Patty was really cute.

The West family drama is a really boring story line, glad it was wrapped up. Not to mention the permanent anger Iris has for her mother (who came back and wanted a second chance) was really messed up. Even Joe felt sorry for her, Iris isn't even a human. She became too angry at her mother, who at least told her the truth, but not at all pissed off her father has been lying to her. Yeah that makes sense writers, thanks. Just like how she wasted air time by throwing a tantrum when she found out Barry's identity. This character is such a waste of space.

She doesn't know her mom at all, so she has no residual affection for her the way Joe might. I agree that it makes no sense for her to be okay with Joe lying to her but that's more a product of fans last season constantly whining about Iris's "drama" than it is an error on the writers' parts. I just hope we're done with Joe and everybody else lying to Iris "for her own good" only so that we can watch her being perfectly okay with it.

well that dr. well of earth 1 season 1 was killed and eobard was pretending to be him and the real dr. well's didn't have the chance to have a kid and want to save her. this growly version we're seeing is a father that want his child back. he's protective father. he's ready to throw down with zoom.

Does he know Zoom has his daughter? Has he told the STAR Labs crew? If not, why not? I could swear this episode was the first we've heard of her.

And what was that with the whole Earth-2 Linda trying to kill Earth-1 Linda? Was she really just going to kill her, so she could assume her identity and hide from Zoom? At first I thought they'd go with the, 2 people from different universes can't inhabit the same space and time explanation, but that didn't seem to be it.

I don't understand this whole killing of doppelgangers thing at all. Can breachers not return to Earth 2? What was she going to do about all the witnesses?

Heck, they got a frickin breach connecting to Earth-2 in their basement. Every time Zoom sends someone to kill Flash, he could just say "Hey, if you just want to go home, that's cool. We have a way to send you back."

Yep. Given the fact that metahumans are great at committing crimes, they could easily pay their way into obtaining new identities anyway. It's all so sloppy.

And it would be so simple to come up with a better reason. Like say Zoom threatens the loved ones of every meta. "Kill Flash or everyone you love is dead." Way better than "You want to go home? Kill the Flash." That's a threat that stops working the moment the heroes have a doorway in their basement.

In the case of Dr. Light she wanted to Kill Linda so she can become her. Allowing her to hide in plain sight of Zoom. For Atom Smasher I have no clue his motivation was never explained.

Yeah, but as others have said, killing Linda in front of a dozen witnesses isn't going to help her take her place. They're just going to assume Linda is dead and was killed by her twin sister or something. So unless Zoom is an idiot, he's going to figure out what happened pretty quickly.

That aside though, I did enjoy the episode. The date scene was really funny and I like Earth 2 Wells. I'm glad they didn't make him all nice and apologetic, constantly apologizing for what the evil Wells did. He's just like, "I'm not that guy; get the f*** over it."

Btw, why was this Doctor Light even called 'Doctor' Light? It wasn't Kimiyo Hoshi or Arthur Light. It was an Earth-2 Linda Park, who was nothing but a small time thief. But let's call her Doctor for no reason whatsoever. I know with the whole multiverse stuff they have pretty much free reign to do whatever the hell they want, but I'd still like them to stop to use Heroes as villains of the week.
