No I'm including the commute. My hours will be 9am-6pm, but its also about an hour and a half commute if I'm lucky, so I should be home by 8pm, but then I'll need to go to sleep early so I can get up early. I really hope I don't end up like my brother who used to be a hardcore gamer but then just stopped, but then again I guess that's just part of growing up.

What days are you working? You can get plenty of gaming in during the weekends.

I hear that, it is rough out there. I returned from overseas work and am looking around now. Got a few bites. But yeah, it's good that you have public transportation. Takes longer, but I'm sure you'll save a good bundle doing that as opposed to driving.
Yeah, I graduated about a year ago and haven't been able to find a job, at least in my field. Plus with no experience, it just made things harder. I live in NYC so I never felt the need to get a car, but I'm thinking about trying to get one in the next year just because it would cut the ride down to a half hour.

And good luck with your job search.

Just Monday to Friday. I'll have the weekends free, but I also want to spend some time with my art and writing, and after being completely free for the past year with no responsibilities, this change seems a little overwhelming.

Sounds just like my daily routine. Got up at 6 in the morning, catch the train at 7, work until 17;30,home at around 19,gym until around 21 then do whatever i want until around midnight...rinse and repeat.

You really got to find a time to do whatever it is that you like everyday, even if it's only for half an hour each time.Much better option than try to catch up with those things on your weekends, which makes your weekend then seems pretty short.

Quick Question: On my PS3, I've never had the Automatic Update on? Should enable it? If I understand correctly my console can turn on to update---does that mean it stays on or will it turn off after the download?

...Looks like Dead space 2 might be one of the only two games that i'll probably never gonna finish...

Why? :yay:

- too difficult
- not good enough/boring
- too scary
- technical issues/stuck somewhere/glitched

??

:woot:

Yeah, it should. I think I have mine set for 8AM but I never see it on when I wake up around 9AM.

DONT update the console right now though, its been bricking peoples systems. I dont know if Sony has a fix out yet.

Don't worry. That Update has already been pulled. They're working on fixing it.

i'm getting tired Necromorphs LITERALLY on EVERY corner:cmad:

Game doesn't give you a chance to breath.Even RES 6 got better pacing.

As far as difficulty, i find that the first Dead Space is more difficult...so far.

That said, it's pretty good game all things considered. I wanna know what the devs are smoking when they cmae up with some of the monsters/ scary scenes:oldrazz:

Are you sure you are playing Dead Space 2? Just about everyone agrees that DS2 has much better pacing than Dead Space. I mean Dead Space has just as many enemies around every corner as DS2. DS2 does a MUCH better job of throwing you off, just wait til you get to Chapter 10.

Maybe you're right. It's been awhile since i've played Dead Space 1. I just don't remember its as...crowded as this one.

After 7 chapters of continous fighting the Necros, i'm DYING for the game to give me some sort of a break...maybe have a 5 minutes chat with other characters ( met a girl on the way to the creepy children's ward)

Yea i will say the game moves EXTREMELY fast those first 7 chapters, but immediately after that is where the game begins to slow down. Like i said, wait til you reach Ch 10, EASILY the best section of the 3 Dead Space games, by far.

..Those moments ingame with Nicole...man...

You really feel for Isaac. I like the way that aside from fighting the Necros, Isaac also fighting for his sanity.Very well done!

And now you've got me VERY curious about chapter 10!

I promise you, Ch 10 will leave you on the edge of your seat.

Bless origin! i got this game for a mere 4 Euro's:wow:

Hopefully Dead Space 3 will drop somewhat in price too. I wanna own the the whole trilogy.

Btw, anyone here got Alice, madness return? it was also on sale and i'm thinking of buying that one too

yeah it was interesting but something went wrong after studio after they released it. there was a kickstarter for a third installment in the works which I did put up here.

The game got mixed reviews, but it looks interesting.

Does the studio went bankrupt or something?

from what it sounded like I think they are still around I have to re look it up.

no they are still alive
American McGee wants to know if you're interested in an Alice 3

1:14am March 15 2013
Boy, this one's sure to be a toughie, right? American McGee queried fans on his Facebook page yesterday on the level of interest for seeing the development of a third Alice game two years after the release of Alice: Madness Returns
I haven't heard anything since this was put up. well besides them saying they are working on OZ now as an Ip.
