Sorry. I took a melatonin pill an hour and a half before I posted that.
He's more like the George Clooney of Jokers.I wonder if being thought of as the George Lazenby of Jokers will have given him some humility now.
Fair play because imo that's way worse. He's more like the George Clooney of Jokers.
I'd rather be stuck with Leto's Joker mainly because I think you COULD theoretically salvage something and expand upon that to make him good. I quite like his "I need a machine gun" line. He just needs better direction IMHO because he doesn't really "get" the character by himself.Fair play because imo that's way worse.
What would you rather be stuck with for a movie trilogy: George Clooney as Batman, or Jared Leto as the Joker?
Hell, I'm having a bad trip just thinking about what it'd be like to see them face off in a movie. Should we be fools not to ride that strange torpedo all the way out to the end!
That last scene deserved to be in a better movie. I still want to see Freeze done justice in this universe, I'm just not sure where he'd fit in. It looks like they're already setting up the Court of Owls for the sequel, and Mr. J needs to be in the third one.I agree. I've always thought it was a shame that Kilmer was the one who got lumbered with the obligatory 'bland' labelling. When Kilmer talks and wears the suit, I at least still think 'Wow, that's Batman.'
With Clooney in the Batsuit, I just think 'Well that's George Clooney in a Batsuit.'
There's no tapping into that small childlike sense of wonder at the back of the mind when I see him in Batman & Robin. He really is quite boring in the role.
Idk if you guys have seen me and my friends art related to Red Hood/Joker in this universe based on the whole Drops/Ace Chemicals thing. I think the makeup gang leader who has a piece of his ear missing could have been one of the Red Hood gang members who is now lost without Joker leading them so he has his own group of miscreants now.Should Joker's henchmen remain as Red Hoods, at least some of them? I'm not saying the clown masks are bad or anything, but they just feel a bit stale now.

My personal story or subplot for the sequel involves the Red Hood Gang wiping out that white face paint gang. I don't really think they're connected.Idk if you guys have seen me and my friends art related to Red Hood/Joker in this universe based on the whole Drops/Ace Chemicals thing. I feel like he'd be so distracting though. His take on Batman's voice doesn't help at all.clooney could be a great batman yo
To be fair, if I got the chance to be Batman and then the studio told the cast and crew that you're making a toy commercial, not a movie, I wouldn't put too much thought in the character either lol.I feel like he'd be so distracting though. His take on Batman's voice doesn't help at all.
Not a chance.
And I got news for you guys and gals. Leto will be playing this character more times than Nicholson, Phoenix or Ledger.
I feel like they might be done with him.Not a chance.
