i feel joss brought good things to JL - some of the character/dialogue moments were good. most of the humor worked for me.
where i feel he didn't do good was mostly in the final battle of the movie - too much forced humor.
why's superman making quips or jokes when the world's on the verge of being destroyed and many people are gonna die?
seems to be cheap, lazy pandering to an audience who wants a "happy" superman.
plus the bad cgi with the terraforming stuff too. the movie looked cheaper than MoS and BvS at that point.
i liked, maybe even loved, alot of things in the first 2/3rd's of the movie - and i think both snyder/whedon worked well there.
whedon bringing on elfman to do the soundtrack was bad too. yuck.
