Super-powers depend on physiology, not everone will be equally superpowered. Not a level playing field.

But that'd be the same as if they didn't have powers. Some people are stronger than others. I don't see how raising everyone's power level would constitute a situation where rebellions are more likely or more of a problem.

We're shown and told that the Kryptonians stationed at the outposts died because they were cut off from Krypton. It would make a lot of sense if Zod stated that co-existing was not an option. That he's seen what happens to their kind when Krypton is no longer part of the equation. That he's witnessed first hand how they it's not possible to sustain their survival without re-creating their home planet. Unfortunately, the way Zod responds to Jor-El's proposal to co-inhabit Earth makes it pretty clear that it is a viable option that he's simply choosing to reject.

He sees Kal-El as the only remaining viable option. He's absolutely opposed to uphold his birth parents' wishes.

Still find it weird the codex didn't factor into his rebirth.

Hmmmm... the watermark is the same as that on those leaked unfinished VFX scenes with Flash/Iris and Cyborg.

Had a marathon watching MOS, BVS, WW then JL.

JL fits BUT there's something missing.

I think it's because MOS, BVS, and WW were all epic but then JL comes and it feels like a TV movie simplified and butchered by WB.

Same thing happened in Xmen, X2, and then fell flat watching X3.


The first Barry scene with his father could have been written better and that NEWS covering the janitor's wife has to go. That Lois and Martha scene was also kind of awkward.

The mustache is not as distracting this time around compared when I first saw it.....but maybe if they just add more public, military and media involvement seeing the JL along with the whole world reacting to Superman's return....then maybe....this could have been epic.

I recently watched MOS, then BVS and then the deleted Superman scenes from JL.

I couldn't bring myself to watch JL, but wanted to see him come back. This was my solution.

Thats probably the best way to do it. Watch MoS and BvS and then play the 2 min Superman scene from JL to serve as an epilogue to BvS.clol
