Well established? Define well established. Because Kinberg said so?
Show me a photo of one set-piece that was set up in May. Show me one call-sheet for extras saying: "report here" in May. Show me one tweet by anyone saying "we were filming today" from May.
The only thing we saw in May was a photo of the cast that appeared to be them showing up for a script-reading in mid-May (they went in different directions after that and didn't return until June).
When it comes to what I believe regarding this production, I base it on evidence, not on what I want to be true.

Having some issues copying the link, but this is the article from **************.com dated 5/14/14. If you Google "principal photography, fantastic four" you will find it. I am sure you have seen these set photos before.

On Monday, screenwriter/producer Simon Kinberg confirmed during an X-Men: Days of Future Past live Twitter chat that The Fantastic Four had completed its first week of principal photography in Louisiana. Today, the Josh Trank-directed reboot continued filming and Celebrity-Gossip spotted and took snaps of the new stars behind Marvel's First Family, sans Michael B. Jordan (Johnny Storm). However, Miles Teller (Reed Richards), Kate Mara (Sue Storm), Jamie Bell (Ben Grimm), and Reg E. Catchey (Franklin Storm) were pictured in civilian clothing and "going over a few lines" during mulitple filming breaks. There's not much else going on here, but check out the photos below.
