Women are sadly under-represented in action figure land. They could have made one of Lois with like a helmet thing and the Kryptonian ray gun. She was not spectacular at combat, but hey, she kicked some butt too, when she had the chance!

My comic book store here in San Antonio managed to snag one directly from SDCC. I saw it this passed weekend when I went in. They like to jack their prices up though. They just started that crap.

That's the trouble with Con exclusives, secondary retailers tend to jack the price way up, shame as I liked that statue.

Yeah... Unfortunately they even do it with their comics. If you don't come in on Wed for the initial release, the next day they jack it up $1. It sucks bc they have a great store. Looks like I'm order from the net for my collectibles and barnes n noble for my comics.

I would not worry to much about the sdcc statue, i bet hot toys comes out with a black version themselves.

I buy all my comics in TPB form but that is shocking customer relations, just no way to build up loyalty with cash in hand business in this day and age.

It just says Fall. I bought it from Walmart already and it says this fall, but your vudu copy comes out 2 weeks early. I just watched Flashpoint Paradox and they had a trailer for MOS, thought it would have a release date but at the end just said look for it on DVD and bluray.

I'm hoping early October because I'm impatient. It's also good to note that WWZ, a movie that came out the week after is getting a Bluray release in September.

As I said before I already bought the movie from Walmart where they'll ship it to me when it comes out and I get my vudu copy 2 weeks before its released on DVD/bluray, well I was on vudu today and seen this..

It's supposed to be two weeks before release which I assume is on a Tuesday, though sometimes movies are specially released on Fridays or other days. Since some were talking about it, I figured I'd throw it out there. This could just be a date they're using as placeholder until the official is known.

I hope so, I don't want to have to wait until December. :/ I don't understand why it's taking so long for the release date to be officially announced. There are movies that have come out this year that had a pre-order & release date a week before the theatrical release. Others that had them the day before and after they hit theaters.

I see. Yeah other places have release dates well and some don't. In past movies, do US movies come out later, or before you guys? In terms of home entertainment.

(Own 4 different versions of TDKR) Best thing to do besides checking online sites like amazon and fye, check your Sunday paper the weekend before it comes out, Kmart, Walmart, target, bestbuy, will have all their different versions listed and what's exclusive to whom.

Plus, the steelbook cover according to blu ray.com, is the comic con poster with the close up of his crest and head down. It's a pretty dark photo but one of my favs.

Bought my niece MOS jammies. A t-shirted version of the top of the suit (abs included!), and complete with a removable cape.

Ah, nostalgia. I had Superman pajamas when I was her age (it also had a removable cape...but no abs. Woe).
