Oh yeah, I remember that.....it was pretty good.

Is Grant Morrison writing anything else now other than Action Comics? /he asks sincerely. Because Grant Morrison is awesome!!

Oh thanks, didn't realise he was also writing Batman Incorporated... looks like he gets to play with the golden two superheroes

Grant's been on Batman since 2005. I think he has written the best Batman story of modern times.

What are the really good stories that showcase Solomon Grundy?

Agreed. He's one of these writers who refuse to acknowledge Batman as being a living cliche. He also uses pre crisis stories and makes them part of the whole mythos. I love how he doesn't care for the reboot as well.

Not surprising, really; his whole run could be characterized as his not caring for the COIE reboot too. :)

Who's the Question now? Renee or was that rebooted too?

Except now he's some sorta cursed cosmic Immortal.

Don't go leaving that important little tidbit out.

I wouldn't be surprised if he turned out to be Hitler or something.

Far less awesome as in not trying to have sex with everything in the universe or worse?

It was awesome when Jason was a redhead again, like in his pre crisis time (although I do think pre crisis Jason was really bland and uninteresting).

If Captain Marvel's called Shazam now, what happens to the names of the rest of the Marvel family?

They don't exist yet, so probably something different if they even get powers at all.

Did Marvel win that suit (or whatever that whole thing was) because their Captain Marvel came out first or just because of the name association?

How is it possible for Geoff Johns to be this dumb and still be alive?

I don't know about any lawsuit. From what I understand, Fawcett Comics' Captain Marvel came out first. Then DC bought the character when they bought Fawcett Comics, but they didn't use him for a while. During that lull when DC wasn't using their Captain Marvel, Marvel came out with their own Captain Marvel, gave him a comic, and trademarked the name. DC can still use the name Captain Marvel for the character, but they can't use his name in the title. That's why DC's Captain Marvel has had comics with titles like "The Power of Shazam" or "The Curse of Shazam" or "Shazam and the Deathly Hollows."

To combat this and prevent some name confusion, DC has been experimenting for a few years with simply renaming their character Shazam. And when they did the reboot last year, I suspect they found the perfect opportunity to make the change permanently.
