I forget the name.

The one where Bane gets into the League of Shadows and s**t.

Has it ever been suggested that the vat of chemicals that the Joker fell into was in any way related to the Lazarus Pit?

Yeah, it was a vat. The Lazarus Pit is supposed to be a naturally occurring spring.

No, it makes sense. Immortality and simultaneous skin bleaching/hair dying are basically the same thing.

I mean, I guess they could reveal that the chemical concoction in the vat was some shady company's attempt to duplicate the Lazarus Pit's effects (which obviously failed miserably). But then it becomes a little too convenient, like everything in Batman's world is connected for no particular reason.

That's kind of what I was thinking. But yeah, it wouldn't really lead to any Earth-shattering or revelatory changes for Batman, Ra's or Joker. I would probably only accept it if it was really heavily implied and that's it. Batman doesn't need any "Smallville"-style meteors to spawn his rogues gallery.

Geoff Johns likes that kind of thing, though. :o

My main problem with that is that the only aspect of the pits that would be at all applicable to what happened to The Joker would be the temporary mental instability it causes. That would mean that The Joker is who he is because the chemicals scrambled his brains. I prefer the notion that he had a psychotic break due to trauma, that makes the parallel between him and Bruce stronger.

It's just a needless addition. It adds nothing......and is just plain ole stupid.

If only he paid attention to how not boring Superboy was back in those days instead of focusing on his Clark/Lex love-child fantasy, his Superboy might've had a glimmer of a personality beyond "just like Clark at that age."

I just hate how Johns completely ignored the fact that we knew who Superboy's human donor was forever ago. Because you know, **** continuity.

It's a good thing I don't care about Superboy then, or else that might actually bother me. :cwink:

Any good trades out there for Captain Atom?

Armageddon.

When he crossed over into the Wildstorm Universe....when there was a Wildstorm Universe. :(

don't wanna close my eyes

don't wanna fall asleep cus i'll miss u baby

I can't find Zuda Comic's High Noon series anywhere...Help question mark!

That creepy Pig villain from the first arc of Grant Morrison's Batman & Robin, did he ever appeared in anything since?

All I know is he's gonna show up on the "Beware the Batman" 'toon.

Are there any good stories chronicling the life and times of Jor-El and Lara before Krypton got blown up?
