Hey all you buffed Bane's :D
May I ask a question regarding cutting-period?

I might start to cut away some of my body fat this fall and was wondering how I should approach it. Let's say I can work out 5-6 times a week; how many of those days should I do cardio? Should I do strength+cardio on the same day or split so that strength comes one day, cardio another day etc (I don't want to loose my muscle mass).

hi, i pratic body building by several years.. my advice is to not doing too much cardio but 2 days a week of one 1 hour slow running will be fine and you will not loose your mass... how many lbs are you over your ideal weight?i think that is more important your eating work...(a very hard work) :yay: . you can cut more carbo but not over train your body with a very long sessions of cardio .....

Omg less they 12hrs till TDKR so pumped 4years of waiting is almost over

Go here and read the guide.

But a summary: eat what you want (within a short period of time of the day and within your macros), and drop fat.

I'm cutting about 1.5 lbs a week. I should be good by New York Comic Con.

This intermittent fasting does work great :) the best method for cutting but do go easy on the cardio or try to avoid it

Just picked up my express waxy cotton coat. Thank you Bread Warrior for the heads up. Now I got to find a belt for it does any one have any ideas for the belt on Banes second jacket?

I was thinking 2 times a week with intervall running (about 45 minutes each time). Is that too much or ok? And should or should I not do strength workout before cardio?=

It's too much. Interval training is designed to be a very condensed and very intense session, rather than long and drawn out. Tabata, the best form of interval training imo, only takes 4 minutes. You cant do tabata intensity over 45 minutes, and if you can you aren't doing it right.

Personally, for fat loss, id do lots of fasted walking - if you are trying to get big at the same time.

Sorry for my lack of english, but is the author saying that if you want to get lean, drop breakfast and eat a post-breakfast (which is somewhere between 1hour-2hour after you wake up)? Did I understand the article right?

That vest Cody is looking pretty nice, are you going to weather it?

Also just heard that the Batmobile Documentary that is going to be part of the Blu-Ray release has my interview from Wondercon on it. So excited!!!

Yeah that's the snippet of it. But the premise is basically narrowing your food consumption windows per day. I have mine down to about 6-7 hours. My first meal is usually around 2pm and I finish something by about 8pm to 9pm. More hours in the day spent burning fat. This doesn't mean you should over eat though. If you eat 2.5k calories, then eat 2.5k calories in that window.

First pull of my mask didn't come out so hot. Waiting on the second to dry. Will post results soon.
