Vest I'm working on. Basically doing what angel did and modifying some condor airsoft gear. I know it's not very accurate or amazing, but roughly only cost a little over $100 so far.

hi, i pratic body building by several years.. my advice is to not doing too much cardio but 2 days a week of one 1 hour slow running will be fine and you will not loose your mass... how many lbs are you over your ideal weight?i think that is more important your eating work...(a very hard work)Hey all you buffed Bane's

I might start to cut away some of my body fat this fall and was wondering how I should approach it. Let's say I can work out 5-6 times a week; how many of those days should I do cardio? Should I do strength+cardio on the same day or split so that strength comes one day, cardio another day etc (I don't want to loose my muscle mass).
Omg less they 12hrs till TDKR so pumped 4years of waiting is almost over
