Oh, I didn't think of it as a homage, but more of an in-joke. Burton has a pretty good sense of humor about that kind of stuff.

Her Catwoman wrecked me as a kid.

And, she’s still the hottest out of any movie/film.

Oddly, her office look (right before the window) or her walking down the street in the winter coat is aces.
