I can't make a decision about Benes. sometimes I like him, and other times I feel like he's just a Jim Lee wanna-be. which is something I'm seeing more and more of.

I can't stand his art. He's not a bad artist, but virtually all of his stylistic choices have sucked lately, from muddying up his once-clean contours with too much internal detail to contorting women into awkward poses for blatant ass shots.

Yeah, she was cool. But she's just one of many great characters we no longer get to see. You just get used to it after a while.

There were a lot of great characters from that run. Faith, Manitou Raven, the android Hourman, Tomorrow Woman, Azrael--all gone now in favor of retreads with the Red Tornado and Geo-Force.
