^ I believe that's because the GA doesn't know how awesome Hawkeye actually is and this is by far the most well recieved film version Hulk yet.

I think what really helps is that Mark's Banner, as far as we've seen and heard, actually has a good sense of humor and doesn't bury himself in sulking about his predicament.

If anything, his Banner seems to be more open and accepting of his situation than his previous counterparts and of course, being more active towards helping people is always a plus.

Not to mention, the Avengers is going to give the GA a FIRST in live action when we get to see the Hulk and Banner put into that "group dynamic" where it isn't just him and Betty anymore, but him having to work within a cohesive unit while not having to worry about being caught by General Ross.

I can understand the concern that others may accidentally get overlook when making other characters shine, but from what we've heard and seen, that doesn't seem like it'll be the case.

Plus, those three that were just mentioned really have a lot to work with going into this film in terms of dynamics and story arc, and I'm sure Whedon capitalized on them.

I think they all are going to shine but i think Hulk is gonna go Super Nova. Marvel is trying there damnest to pull Hulk out of the ditch that he's in right now.

Apparently Hawkeye and Hulk steal the show. Even in scenes with Iron Man. Jeremy Renner was really good, and my friend also thought Ruffalo KILLED Norton as Banner.

How would the write him into the story though? No Gamma bomb to save him from. The only way i think they can do it would be to redo his origin and show it through a flashback.

I still say he should be introduced as Cap's liaison to acclimate to the 21st century in The Avengers. Rick was instrumental in the group's comic book origin, and also served as Cap's sidekick briefly - no reason he can't make a brief appearance in the movie. It's not too late to make this happen, Whedon!

That is exactly what Whedon said about how he was approaching the character, as opposed to the previous incarnations, apart from the sense of humour bit.

In the roll call tv spot at screenrant at the end 360 shot of the avengers you get a shot of hulk that gives a better idea of his size it's seems he is bigger than he looked from the other shot from previous tv spots

I'm not shocked the Thor/Hulk fight is so short. I bet it's about as long as the IM/WM/Whiplash fight in IM2, if not shorter.

Apparently he's 8 and a half feet, only half a foot shorter than the last incarnation.

I'm not expecting proper grammar and correct sentence structure or anything, just more than what we have seen on the big screen so far. Sorry if this has already been covered, which I'm sure it has, but I am curious is all.

I hope we at least get one short sentence that isn't just "Hulk SMASH!". Hearing him say something a bit more elaborate than we've seen on the big screen would be really cool.

They seem obsessed with making him mute. I assume Whedon with his Marvel based resume knows what to do regarding him, but we'll see if he was able to get it in there.

One thing I love about TA Hulk is that in a calm state he's clearer the same creature, the past two films when in angry and calm states the Hulk's face seemingly morphed into someone completely different.

I knew the fight was going to be pretty short from the get go, but he didn't say it was "very short" only "a bit short" and he also said it was satisfying.

I seem to recall an early interview with Ruffallo where he said Hulk would have some pretty memorable lines.

I have a hard time making TIH link up to the rest of the MCU with the change of Banner. I make it work anyway.
