Honestly I put TIH modest performance at the BO due mainly to the sour taste left in many people's mouths after Ang Lee's movie.

Hopefully HULK's showing in THE AVENGERS will result in many people who gave TIH a pass to watch it and realise that it's a very good movie. And of course the moviegoers response to the character will inspire MARVEL STUDIOS to make a TIH sequel.

I guess based on how he interacts with the Avengers, the Hulk does need the Rick Jones character to bounce off of in a solo flick, too.

Rick Jones is a must, Hulk needs someone other than Betty to interact with, someone he's not just guna try to smash, we'll get to see alot more of Hulk's personality if Rick is in it.

How would the write him into the story though? No Gamma bomb to save him from. The only way i think they can do it would be to redo his origin and show it through a flashback.

I have high hopes for Ruffalo as well. He seems to have perfected Hulk and I really liked what I've seen of his Banner so far.

Amadeus Cho could definitely work. Especially as he's connected to The Avengers as well. So he could tie in nicely.

Amadeus Cho was in The Incredible Hulk as a cameo. Remember the guy in the Culver University computer lab, played by Martin Starr? Yeah, the novelization says it was Cho... but then again, since it not specified in the movie so it could be written off.

Apparently Hawkeye and Hulk steal the show. Even in scenes with Iron Man. Jeremy Renner was really good, and my friend also thought Ruffalo KILLED Norton as Banner.
