I like that explanation. It stops the MCU having unexplained magic powers. Although saying that, here comes AoS introducing Inhumans

Stark also didn't bother explaining either Thor or Loki's powers
he makes a jab at it in AoU with the hammer scene, but he still accepted their powers without too much thought
and I'm not making any assumptions, just hoping in the movie they don't bother going into exposition about how their powers work, leave it on the "fun fact" list and don't mention it again
For me, as a non-comic guy, one of the things that gravitated me towards the MCU was not having nonsense like Superman to deal with. It explains away things like Cap's super strength with pseudo-science. For that reason, the Inhumans concerns me, because I feel like what brought me in will disappear
yeah well they're already saying Strange deals with Quantum Physics and String Theory and Parallel dimensions and s***
so it seems all the magic is gone
What I'm saying is, the overcomplication of her powers is a big part of why there are so many different interpretations of her powers.I'm fine with it. The comics cannot even decide what her powers are. And the explanation in the movie isn't that hard to follow. People really do underestimate the audience intelligence sometimes. And even if it is, the audience probably won't really care about the mechanics of it. They'll be too busy enjoying the movie.
Really? Boo! I was looking forward to finally getting straight up magic in the MCU.yeah well they're already saying Strange deals with Quantum Physics and String Theory and Parallel dimensions and s***
so it seems all the magic is gone
