You still can't comprehend it huh? "Manipping" isn't a word. Manips are types of artwork, not a specific technique or tool used. Composites, filters, digital painting, etc. are all just tools. Using any makes it a manip. There's no requirement how you alter so long as you do. Otherwise, you're just acting like a snob who likes to say what is or isn't art.
