Lets post here how full were the theaters:yay:.I hope the movie is a big hit.

my theaters was completly packed, no room to move. ****ing awesome film aswell

THE MIDNIGHT CROWD I WAS WITH WAS GREAT, THEY CHEERED AND CLAPPED AT THE END AND WERE LAUGHING AND HAVING A GREAT TIME!!!:D:up: IT WAS PACKED AS HELL TOO, I GOT THERE AN HOUR EARLY AND THE LINES WERE HEADING OUT THE FRONT DOORS TO THE THEATER, IT WAS GREAT!!!:D:up:

Mine was empty...probably no more than 20 people, but it was a mid-day session, wasn't likely to draw much of a crowd anyway.

Almost completely full for the 12:01 showing. The crowd clapped at the end.

I didnt know they had midnight showings on thursday.

The one I went to had a pretty full crowd. But, it wasn't jam-packed. However, everyone clapped at the end. And I always like when that happens.

I'll be seeing the movie this afternoon with mt niece and nephew. I don't think it'll be too busy in there seeing as how not very many teen kids go at those times but all that matters is whether or not the crowd loved it.

my showtime is at 12. its 9 am now cant wait. i'll post reactions when i get back as well as a review in the review thread..

The midnight crowd was about 85% full (in a 450 seater). There was an awesome ovation when the movie ended and over half of the audience stayed to watch the credits, but of course, they were disappointed.

I can't remember all of the big moments, but the audience went nuts when
Stan Lee showed up, The police car beatdown, the Hulk hand clap, "Hulk Smash", and when Tony Stark came into the bar.

Most of the whispers I heard upon leaving the theater were of up-to-par or near-par quality of Iron Man. The group I was in loved it, my girlfriend thought it was fun, and my non-comic book reading friend enjoyed it as well.

The crowd loved the Tony Stark scene, as well as the famous line between Hulk and Abomination.

The only thing that seemed to go over many heads was the significance of Sterns' scene. I don't think anyone knew the connection between Stern and the Hulk, and what may come in the coming film.

Overall, very well received. Though there was a very loud sigh of disappointment when we stayed til the end of the credits ..... and nothing.

That's probably because the Tony Stark cameo that was supposed to have been after the credits was inserted into the movie.

My theater on Long Island was about 60% full and they did applaud at the end and acknowledged the easter eggs audibly (but not TOO audibly!).

It was decent size crowd considering, also, that there are so many theaters where I live.

Two very large auditoriums were packed at the midnight showing in my town. They announced a complete sell out at my viewing.

I'm going back tonight to see it again.

my wife, daughter and i are going to the 12:25pm showing here. got to get ready to leave soon. i don't expect a sell out, but you never know ?

Nice to hear people are loving it, the haters will then say that box office means nothing among other grumbles, how predictable, LOL.... :lmao:

My theater was sold out last night. A lot of the people laughed during some of the drama/romance scenes which was kind of annoying  A lot of people cheered during Hulk action. And everyone clapped and cheered when Tony Stark came.

It was showing on three different screens last night around midnight and my friends and I went the the last one at 12:10. It was about 90% full so I imagine the other 2 were packed. It was a decent crowd though there weren't many knowing claps or anything to the comic/show references.

I'd say the first big crowd reaction came from seeing the latin factory girl. She was ridiculously beautiful and caused whispers throughout the place.

I got the shaft from my nieces and sister,so I'm stuck seeing this by myself this time around for a 4pm showing.I hope there's not too many people...:S

the crowd i saw it with at the midnight showing was filled with *******s so i'm pretty pissed off. i really couldn't enjoy the movie.

Here in Montgomery, AL (population 300k) the 11:59 showing was packed. Not waiting lines packed but packed none the less. Lots of oohs and ahhs. Not much clapping. Marvel should have done the "after the credits thing" as that generated extra buzz when IronMan came to town.

Great flick. Going back again tonight.

Well i'm in Riverside, California- our midnight showing was completely FULL, and everyone LOVED the movie! Every punchline was well received with laughter, every cameo appearance was applauded, all the action scenes were cheered on, and when the Tony Stark scene came on, the entire theater erupted in a euphoric geekgasm! LOL! The total capacity at the Regal theater room i was in was 378, and i believe i even saw a few folks sitting in the aisles!

Midnight show. I got there an hour early and there was hardly anyone in the theater. About 10 minutes before showtime the place was packed. The crowd loved every minute of it, cheering, laughing and clapping.

packed midnight show....and a rowdy one too! It started off so-so but once people got into it...it got even better.

*SPOILERS* *SPOILERS* *SPOILERS* *SPOILERS* *SPOILERS* *SPOILERS* *SPOILERS*

First big laugh "Your making me hungry. You won't like me when I'm hungry"..."wait that can't be right."

First big cheer: Stan The Man Lee's cameo!

Second big cheer: Lou Ferrigno's cameo!

Pretty good "Ohhhh" reaction when the dude who missed the jump from building to building as they chased banner...he fell pretty hard.

Big laugh: Banner asks "Where am I"...Driver:"Gautemala"

Another big "Ohhhh" and clapping moment...after Hulk kicks Blonsky...brutal.

man...there were so many more...oh yeah a couple of nice Betty moments:
After they couldn't get it on...Banner has to stop...kind of embarassed and puts his head down....Liv's delivery was great when she said "Its ok"....it got a huge laugh :)
so did this one...
After Betty screams at the cabdriver, Banner:"I know a few techniques that could help you control that anger"

Great laugh and clapping when Banner takes his free fall out of the helicopter "Oh shhhiii"

Of course...the biggest cheer and applause was for "HULK...SMASH!"
But that was eclipsed of course...by Mr. Tony Stark's cameo! The crowd cheered so much they cut into some of what he was saying...and then...after what he does say...lots and lots of cheering and applause.

I assure you there was a lot of fun stuff...even though overall it was a darker movie with a serious tone...but the crowd helped loosen it up a bit. Go see it with a packed crowd this weekend!

First offiical showing in a big theater in Sweden, wasn't even half full. Not looking too good.
