Why the hell would name his source? When was the last time a film journalist revealed a source when there's news?

Agreed. I do wish he spilled the beans on details rather the generalities. Now he can say, "The movie turned out to be exactly how I was told it would be," even though we have no way of knowing the details of what he heard since he didn't post them.

None of that tweet included any details he heard or name of his source. So why would he delete it in fear of WB and Not stand by his words like a man? I can guess what most likely happened...He was DUPED and fed fake intel and instead of dealing with his amateur mistake he just deleted his post and apologized in a *****ey way for pressing peoples buttons. Then he will never tweet anything else until tomorrow and will not talk about it ever again. Im 70% positive thats what happened. Amazing how you can sweep things under the rug on twitter.

Time for a new topic.

All I have to say is, to the rest of the world that's has nothing NICE to say about TDKR. Just stick up your tail pipe and shut it! Nuff said *crosses arms*

I remember the boards up in arms when we found out Two-Face died three days before the release of the film. People claiming he was Venom'd, and such.

I'm still gobstopped that folks wrote off the plot of Inception as "stupid" a year before release.

In Nolan We Trust, once again.

I come back after nearly an hour to see that it's only just starting to end.

I'm pretty sure WB would be upset if he posted a reaction and it was legit. I mean most reviews themselves are just reactions, and I guarantee you WB will have a strict embargo the week before the film comes out.

Edit: They also don't want negative press for their largest film of the year.

Then, maybe they should have this Devin guy killed or something :o

Just finish reading this whole fiasco. Nolan stated he would not return if the story wasnt worth telling. Sure there might be some flaws, but to the point of it being AWFUL? Really? Disappointing, maybe. But AWFUL?

Would a person who works in post usually end up being assigned several shots/frames or be assigned to work on the whole movie? I just don't believe that Tapley's source has actually seen TDKR in full him/herself.

@Fullmetal: Be more eloquent in the future. That sort of stuff is why we get made fun of.

Honestly, I have no idea how I'm going to get through this next month.

Kind of a dimwitted question, but is there any news on the taste quality of this Dark Berry Mountain Dew?

I know taste is almost entirely subjective, but I kinda' wanna' have an idea of the taste before I go buy 45 of em' :funny:

This. From what we've seen so far, I've been nothing less than amazed by what TDKR might offer us. Plus, from the source material or inspirations that Nolan is pulling from, I don't know what could be so awful unless someone didn't like the outcome or certain events that take place in the film. We know the basic synopsis-it doesn't sound awful to me

I could think of one thing that might be worth a criticism. We now know that the military is aware of Bane's takeover. My question--and perhaps one that wasn't elaborated on in the summary Kris had--is, "how did they let it escalate to the point that it apparently will in the film?"

I know someone who worked on Prometheus and saw the whole thing way before the critics while working on it. But it was on TV and in black and white and to be honest, she has to see the whole thing for her work.
