to be honest even if the guys tweet was legit...it was pretty unprofessional to tweet about it without even seeing the film.....hes a critic and hes already ripping on a plot without seeing it in action first hand

For the BFCA rating thing that was mentioned, the list of all of their critics are here:
http://www.criticschoice.com/members/bfca

They all have individual pages, but going through each of them is a lot of work. We'll have to wait and see until more of them have TDKR on their ratings list...

I dont recall anyone from The Dark Knight's post production office spew a bunch of details to a blogger. Didn't happen with Inception neither. Must be the new guy the recruited for The Dark Knight Rises :P

Important plot points did leak for both. In fact, the entirety of TDK's plot was leaked to an Italian site in January 2008. It's just that we had...other things on our minds during that time so nobody paid it much attention...

"Will work?" They'd better be printing (or at least color-timing) that sucker by now! Locked and loaded! :funny:

Well, she told me this a month ago and I won't tell you what she does, but there are still things to do even when a film is "done".

And I don't think she saw Prometheus in black and white because the film wasn't done, but because they didn't want her to see the last version of the film.
She told me that for TDK even for the trailers, some parts of the screen were hidden! She said WB have been cooler now but they don't like sending final versions of films. They probably are afraid of leaks. Even though, she's not stupid enough to leak it.

I totally agree with you.

I also lost a lot of respect for Tapley when he called the person who responded to him a "*****ey fanboy." I looked at that guy's tweets to Kris and he said nothing confrontational. That lacks professionalism, IMO.

I never said Kris couldn't be *****ey, I just said that he wouldn't lie or make things up. He went on a pretty lengthy tirade about people who claimed to be able to understand Bane in the prologue earlier.

People are over reacting to this. What about the 100/ 100 the BFCA gave the film the other day? Lets stop worrying about it.

From what I can gather, somebody just told this guy what we already have known... the basic plot. He didn't like it, but we've all been excited for it for months. Nothing to worry about. He hasn't even see this. He doesn't like the plot, I do.

So, the reaction on here is from a comment on Twitter stating "...the plot sounds awful"?

Okay, then why are we even wasting our time on this? :funny:

 I'm talking about the guy Kris responded to on twitter... Kris called another twitter user a *****ey fanboy, which to me is uncalled for given that the other guy wasn't acting like a fanboy (or a *****e) at all.

yeah, I kind of regretted posting it as soon as I did knowing how some would freak out...but oh well.

...so Kris was acting *****ey. Just like I said.

I don't think he needs anymore attention than he's already gotten.

it would be the first time out of the many he has made such statements.

its fishy though...he deleted his comment...what i found funny is the part where he says " i dont mean to throw a nuke here" like buddy what did u think was going to happen...he reminds me of the guu who tweeted about lowering our expectations for TASM

honestly everybody played it cool...when rim gave TASM a bad review....now thats what u call losing hope...there was a sense of dread on the spidey boards for a while

I'm not too worried about it considering TDKR is still at 100/100 on the Critics Choice website, and the 90/100 (4/4) score from a member of the BFCA.
