The guy himself may work in the industry but how the hell do we know that what he got told was legit? Even Michael Caine who works on the goddamn films said that Nolan was gonna be making the third (when he hadn't officially signed on) with The Riddler as the villain!! So people who work in the industry can BS to.

You know, as hard it is to believe, there are people on this world, who don't like me. I know, it's unbelievable, but it's true. So There will be people who won't like TDKR.

It's not really hard to figure the story out at this point. It doesn't matter, it will get you no where good to try and figure out what he heard was legit or why he didn't like it. Bottom line is, he hasn't seen the film. If you had given me or anyone else the plot breakdown to the Avengers (plot? what plot?) then i can tell you a good portion of people would have thought it "awful" too, and we all know how that one turned out.

That's why I don't listen to one word twitter reviews... from people in the industry or not.

He hasn't even seen the film. Therefore he hasn't seen how Nolan has executed this supposedly ''AWFUL'' plot.

So yeah, I'd say ignore him.

I personally don't care about the fact its negative not even will like TDKR but its more the away it was written purely to gain attention and the "sarcastic" replies he gave everyone in response.

They all have individual pages, but going through each of them is a lot of work. We'll have to wait and see until more of them have TDKR on their ratings list...

Fair enough. I haven't really looked into how he's handled this myself, for example his apparent "sarcastic" remarks to other moviegoers that were mentioned at the top of the page so perhaps his criticism is merited. Don't get me wrong, if he's attention seeking it's all well and good, but if he's the everyday guy in the movie industry just relaying his thoughts on something he heard then chances are he wouldn't have anticipated the rabid response from Batman fans. Not many people are aware just how passionate and over the top they are. I'm saying this as someone who's almost 99% confident I'm gonna love whatever he thought was "awful".

Well I clicked on every page and then quick-searched for "knight". no matches lol

The people who took his tweet seriously has just as much right to say what they feel. I mean wouldn't calling TDKR's plot, a movie he's never seen, "AWFUL" a bit of an overreaction too? Of course, people are going to come after him for that tweet, a lot of people are hoping for a great closure to the trilogy. To put down expectations from what he's heard, and deeming it awful without even seeing it for himself is

I know Tapley isn't just some guy, and he is reputable. I don't care if he likes TDKR or not, but at least he should see it in it's entirety, watch the plot he's overheard in context of the completed film, and then place judgement.

I tried to find other ratings for TDKR and I found several ratings for TASM but none for TDKR. The worse thing is, I have actually things to do but it's like I'm obsessed with that site, I keep looking at it

Yeah, a lot of those movies above TDKR on his page are coming out in July as well.
