Bruce only refers to Neesons role as Ra's al Ghul, even when he writes about stuff that happened when the japanese decoy was still in place. t:
He was Ducard was Ra's all along and we finally have it on paper. Really really hated that theory.

The way Neeson's dialogue is worded when Ra's meets Bruce at the party, "are his methods supernatural" scene really suggested that Ra's Al Ghul was was just a name that is passed down.

Because Bruce is writing the name doesn't mean this theory is debunked.

So I wonder which from the press are seeing it today and interviewing the cast? Most of the online movie writers that we know of (Collider, /Film) were not invited. They still will get to interview the cast, right? They're the ones with usually the interesting/fun questions.

I think he has managed to get in because he has his name on the list and he is coming from a long way to watch so chances are that he will get in.

If Bruce would think it would only be a title he wouldn't refer to him in that way. At leats thats what I think.


In my eyes its pretty clear in the way Bruce reacts to him in BB that he realizes that Ducard had been Ra's all along. "Cheap parlor tricks to conceal your true identity, Ra's?" is Bruces line. After that Neeson does even bow and tip to his head in response, as to confirm that thought and show Bruce that he finally got it, so to be honest I still don't get how anyone could think that the name was passed down... but what do I care? There will never be enough evidence to remove your doubts. I just ... hate that theory so much, its infuriating. I really don't think Nolan ever intended it that way, but, you know... to each their own.

I agree. A lot of these people seeing today (especially at exhibitors screenings) are professional people, not fan boys.
