Ugh!! Did they really HAVE TO reveal the bat-cave in this featurette after all this time we waited for it? I really could have waited 2 weeks for that reveal. Looks awesome though.

I assume we see the bat cave after Fox shows Bruce the Bat, since we can clearly see it in the back ground.

See?? Now my mind will naturally start to piece together the film as I watch it! :argh:

"Let the nitpicking begin!!!"

Sigh the internet is tiring.

Relax. Just be happy we got anything. TDK really missed out on featurettes like this.
I sometimes wonder if Heath's death played a part in that. You can see a ton of it is on-set in these featurettes.

I've been on this board for days hoping for pics of the Batcave. I was pretty grateful for it after TheShape being so aloof on that particular topic. I've been able to get answers to a lot of my minor spoilers without finding out the end or any major plot developments. I'm a happy fandude.

I hope with a trilogy release they will show a bunch of Heath behind the scene stuff.

while we got to hear marion speak in the commentary we still didn't hear her speak in character ,,,grrrrr

We really didn't see that much of the Batcave TBH.

Wasn't that behind the scenes shot of those mercs dropping down in the prison absolutely stunning? Should be awesome in the film.

I thought the featurette was bloated. I liked the behind the scenes footage and the technicality to pull off the epic sequences, I liked the new footage at the end; I however, did not enjoy the cast interviews that contained nothing we don't know, I didn't care for the mandetory director worship, I also found the use of music to accentuate the interviews overly dramatic. I do not know why people are losing their brains over this. I much preferred the various Inception featurettes. They were short, sweet, to the point.

Mandatory director worship? I think they're probably all individually very excited to be working with Nolan. Just imagine Hathaway in her position. She hasn't really ever worked with any big name director, let alone a guy like Nolan. She's said before how excited she is to be working with both him and Bale. Tom Hardy loves the guy and so does JGL. Also for Bale it's his last time being Batman. They're all probably just really excited about the whole thing.

I'd hope so but they probably left that out for a reason. If Nolan can't so much as mention the Joker in Rises because it reminds him of that personal experience he shared on the set with him, and he's already secretive about what happens on set, I doubt time will make him any more willing to reveal more of what went on behind the scenes.

Nolan's facial expressions are always adorable. :hrt:

I agree. Wow, it looks like they've got the place on lockdown.

Maybe, I dunno I would see it as honoring him with BTS stuff of his work. But ya, its hard to tell. I just hope for way more features with a trilogy release, because so far they have been (like all Nolan films) barebone.

I know we've all talk about that scene, idk if it was ever brought as a possible but, I just realized that in the scene where we see guys coming down those ropes. It looks like they are attacking the other guys on the ground along the steps. Maybe this scene shows Bane take over that prison to prime it for Gothams rich?

Talking of knitting, did anyone notice all the cotton reels near Bane's back in the prison?

And Bane is indeed brandishing his red helmet in the stock exchange.

Yeah seriously. Any body in their position would be psyched.

Plus, it's not like they didn't say anything untrue about Nolan. After all, he is a genius.

Screencap?

That and I just love seeing the cast & crew talk about the film. Regardless if it's information I already knew.

There is a reason I used the general term director than referring to Nolan specifically. In all of these movie featurettes they have to praise the director to high heaven. It gets a little tiring.
