Thats not true. I went to the pacific science center IMAX in seattle and thats not on the list

I'm sure it'll be online after a bit because the release is so limited. Once the bootlegs stir up more hype they'll offically release it

The one for TDK wasn't available until the Blu-ray Edition of Batman Begins. Anyway the theatrical trailer would possibly be out around SH2. So it wouldn't be a need to release the prologue online anytime soon. Keeping it an IMAX Exclusive.

They're not going to release the Prologue at all, except for the IMAX release and then when TDKR goes to Blu/DVD

Unless there's a re-release of both BB/TDK on Blu-ray next year.

I appreciate everyone's help, but unless the Cincinnati Museum Center plays Ghost Protocol in December (I'll give them a call, I guess), I'm just not willing to drive 2+ hours to watch six minutes of footage with a film that I otherwise have no desire to see.

But once TDKR comes out, then perhaps I'll make the trip to Indiana .

Why the **** wouldnt they play it on digital? I cant watch it now

That would be kind of silly. They just came out not that long ago and TDKR will be due for December, to re-release it and then come out with TDKR when they could easily Release TDKR then milk a Trilogy in a years time wouldn't do them much credit.

However if they do Re-release both BB/TDK on Blu-Ray I do agree it would be on that.

Checked to to see if Ghost Protocol was going to play in my nearest IMAX.... only to find it had just closed down...

:cmad:

bollocks

The one in central Brimingham? Yep, I noticed that too.

London it is, if at all.

I honestly don't know if I can be bothered to spend time and money to go to London to watch a movie that I would never go to, solely for 6 minutes of footage which I will probably see a few weeks later online and if not then, definitely next year in the proper context in which it was meant to be viewed.

all the imax screens in new york are near me so I'll be there opening night!

Gil pretty much said to expect a boxed trilogy set by xmas 2012, and I trust Gil.

Your forgetting one in Austin, tx.

Bob Bullock museum Imax theater.

This infuriates me to no end.

The only way this could possibly get any worse is if my theater doesn't have the necessary projectors to show The Hobbit at 48 fps next year.

No IMAX theaters or digital theaters capable of running 48 fps? It's a very strong possibility that I would rage myself to death.

No need to rage: the National Theater Owner's Association made an announcement at the past conference that theaters have to have digital equipment by 2013 or suffer the consequences. I was one of the first people to report on it:

The one in central Brimingham? Yep, I noticed that too.

London it is, if at all.

If you're in Birmingham, wouldn't it be closer to go to either Bradford or Manchester IMAX instead of London?

Honestly, I expected that on The Dark Knight's original DVD/Blu Ray release.

I bet you could imagine my face when I saw the last scene with Batman and an upside down Joker and the filter still being there.
