Perhaps the plan explodes when it hits the ground, and everone inside is burned up - leaving only trace elements of DNA?

Then those trace elements wouldn't be blood...but rather, hair, skin, and lastly, bone marrow and bone and dental impressions...

Keep in mind Bosef, a body inside a small aircraft falling back upon the Earth's soil probably wouldn't be intact.

It's not lazy.

Bosef, if the body was completely burned up, there wouldn't be any hair left. And the skin tissue may be too damaged to get a sample. But I'm ignorant when it comes to forensic science, so I may be completely wrong about that.

As for the teeth, well, I imagine all of these bodies are going to be mangled and splattered beyond recognition.

can you give me 5 ways. but 5 that are very logical and in Bane's character.

#1 - Since they appear to be in a collapsing sewer or cave of some sort and in the prologue we see Bane Detonate the walls. The Walls could cave in around Batman during the fight and knock him away, damage from the fight + the sudden impact of water could destroy the mask and also wash Batman away. The mask gets left behind Bane picks it up and throws it away.

#2 - Ambushed by Bane and his mercs Batman realizes he's not going to win the fight and attempts an escape. During the fight with Bane and his mercs one of the mercs hit him in the face with the butt of a gun crack the mask but are ultimately defeated by Batman before he gets away. The mask gets left behind Bane picks it up and throws it away.

#3 - Batman whilst fighting or investigating Bane falls down a well, similar to BB, and his mask is destroyed. Later on Bane and his boys come down and find the mask cracked. The mask gets left behind Bane picks it up and throws it away.

# 4 - A now "retired" Batman decides to rid himself of the Batman image. In a Batman no more, move Bruce destroys his mask and throws it away into the waterfall. Later on Bane investigating Gotham in his reign of terror finds the mask. The mask gets left behind Bane picks it up and throws it away.

#5 - In a fight with Bane, Bane cracks Batman's mask and in the moment of truth something distracts them and in that moment Batman is forced to run for his life. The mask gets left behind Bane picks it up and throws it away.

i watched enough CSI to know how this works............so please. everything is realistic.

:woot::awesome:

thanks for the post.

but i meant 5 ways that are based on what happens in the movie. Bane breaks the mask from Bruce's head. he takes the mask down. i thought that you will give me 5 ways how Bane doesnt see who Batman is when he is standing next to him.

thanks

Ha. Fair play. That was quicker than expected!

Bane's scheme wouldn't work in real life but it's really no less inexplicable than the bullet recovery scene from TDK.
so we agree that Nolan's movies are not 100% realistic and the story is written for the general public for a summer blockbuster with depth?

HELLLLP ME UNDERSTANNNNNNNNNND so my otherwise orgasmic enjoyment of this footage will be untainted (see how i made a joke there)

I'm pretty sure Bane's breathing mask wouldn't work in real life but I can overlook things like that!

Another good point Rachel. It's grounded realism, nothing more. There's no chance in hell that a man dressed as a Bat would evade the police and government for years.

I suppose it's still a valid point by Bosef. Moreso than Dragonator's 'depression theory'.

That guy really knows how to stir up the boards.

All of these things seem logical enough to me to happen in this film.

none of them are outrageous or countered by any knowledge we know of the film first hand

The bullet recovery scene in Knight has basis in real forensics. This was discussed 4 years ago. It is a technique that's been put through the testing phase at police departments. It's just more elaborate in Knight.

But bosef is right. A blood transfusion wouldn't work in the way they're going for in this scene.

I do think it would've been better if the transfusion bit was removed. Bane essentially tells the CIA, "Yeah, I destroyed your plane, killed your men, and took your prize. Enjoy the funerals."

Though I imagine there's a reason why he needed the CIA to think Pavel was dead.

Maybe Batman wears that awesome Zorro-like mask under his cowl? Like from TAS

It might just be to buy some time, even if it's only a few more hours.

The bodies will be splattered beyond recognition (and possibly burned up), and DNA would be everywhere. If Pavel's DNA is found at the scene, the CIA would have to fully investigate to see if he was present (i.e. run tests on all of the remains). Even if they ultimately discover that it was a trick, it may have given Bane all the time he needed.

I found a potential trailer leak description on imdb, I doubt it's true but here it is anyways...

Hey, new to posting here but have been following these messages boards for awhile. Always funny/interesting stuff flying around here but anyways I work at a theatre and today we got the trailer which is supposed to be attached to Sherlock Holmes 2 on friday. Figured it would be locked and unable to view until than since the teaser was like that but was very surprised after ingesting the trailer it was able to play. Long story short I'm still all jacked up after watching it and can't wait for the theatre I put it in to be over so I can view it again. You guys won't be dissapointed.

most of it is narrated by Selina (Anne Hathaway) while she is dancing with Bruce, see some of the prison break, the batwing casing tumblers, tumbers shooting at a building that looks like the one were bane and batman were fighting outside of, but the money shot is the stadium scene where we see bane trigger something (possible earthquake machine) which causes the entire football feild, not the stadium, to collapse while a player is running to the endzone shaking off tacklers who fall into the pit and only realizes what happened after he reaches the end zone, turns around and nothing is there pretty awesome scene .
