I missed this post. I had no idea Catwoman was getting a theme. I thought Bane was only going to get one like Joker did.

That's great news.

Yeah that's def. awesome news

Finally, some full-sized pics of the EMPIRE ones. About time! :oldrazz:

A Catwoman theme will be awesome, im glad theyre going to use one.

I have a feeling that Zimmer will add to the Harvey Two Face theme for Catwoman just as he did with Bane adding onto the Joker theme. Makes sense sort of.

Did he add to The Joker theme? How so? I really hope not to hear that guitar moan from TDK. Not because I didn't love it but because it belongs to The Joker not Bane...

The part where Batman first puts on the mask in Mask of Phantasm has to be one of best moments in terms of music in a Batman movie. I would love for Zimmer to do something similar if the opportunity arose.

Interesting how in BB Fake Ra's says Gotham must be allowed to die. Similar to how Bane tells Batman he will have permission to die.

We need an iconic Batman suiting up scene...in TDK he would just pop-up as Batman

I'd have thought the chanting score in the prologue would be Bane's theme.

Yeah, it's a pity we didn't get a suit up/preparation scene in TDK. It's the only Batman film to date to not have one. Though, they may have shot one before the chase scene after Harvey is arrested. There is unused footage of the batsuit armory coming up from the floor and the Tumbler leaving the Batbunker that weren't shown in the actual film. Very similar to the sequence in Begins.

I fully expect such a scene in TDKR as it would be appropriate for when Batman comes back to kick Bane's ass.

The moment Batman returns better be filled with so much elation that I pass out for a moment

If Batman has been out of the picture for a while it just might. I can imagine an, excuse me, EPIC, "Return of Batman" scene that evokes the feelings we've all had previously from the character (think of the best Batman moments in the Burton films, the animated shows, Batman Begins, etc.) except to the MAX. Like 10x the feeling of the MOTP or '89 suit up scenes, a total Batman moment. I don't think I'd pass out but my mind would probably explode. Maybe the Batwing will play into this somehow, hmmm.

The current idea is that Batman jumps out of the Batthing and lands into the riot.

Only because during the Pittsburgh shoot a woman on the news says she saw Batman Gliding down into battle.

Maybe that's the moment right there. Though, I doubt that is the first time we would see the Batwing on film though. I would assume that the night scene of Batman on top of the rooftop with the Batwing happens prior to the riot scene. Then again, I thought the truck flip/c'mon hit me was at the end of TDK so what do I know?

I agree with you, I think part of the elation is no only from the idea that Batman is back but that he's back on the side of good.

After watching him being chased but what may be every cop in Gotham State and escaping in the Batprawn it's going to be such a moment to see the Batprawn return chasing down the Tumblers. Back on the side of good! Giving those instruments of fear something to really be afraid about.

Yep, exactly. Not to mention the final round with Bane going up the steps with Batman returning the favor of an ass whoopin'. During that ensuing battle whether outside of the courthouse or inside I fully expect that fast pace "Batman vs. Villain" Zimmer theme to start playing like when Batman duked it out with Ras on the monorail or during the Prewitt building sequence with the Joker and the Swat team. It's going to be sweet. I can't wait.

It is going to be great! Wally's work will make it beyond amazing

remember the batwiing was used when they filmed at the sewers where the police are hidding. and they filmed the batwing taking of in the city.

so we will get to see a lot batwing before the finale

Seems like they'd be able to pull this off twice in one film... might be overkill though!

i can sorta back this up...

i was standing next to Batman (Thug!) when he just starts to walk through the crowd (not in any spy videos ) before he even sees Bane. They didnt shoot him gliding out of the plane(obvioully they could have done this a different day) but i can attest to the fact that he walks through the mob THROUGH white smoke (maybe from the plane or bombed tumblers) and to Bane

a thing a noticed form the trailer:

none of the riot shots (with Bane and batman fighting) were the ones from Manhattan but instead the ones they shot in Pittsburgh (court house?)

IN the shot in the trailer, Bane walks through the crowd towards batman (batman is screen right in the trailer, steps behind him)

IN NYC, bane descends down the steps, dispatches with some cops , the faces off with bats before they tussle.
Its hard to explain but there is no way the stuff in the trailer(pittsburgh shoot) will match the stuff in manhattan. I'm really do believe they reshot the beginning of the fight (in manhattan) to better match the riot stuff they were already shooting here in manhattan. obviously the end of the fight at the top of then stairs they are keeping from the pittsburgh shoot.

hope this helps!!
