I prefer Batman in the dark as well but I'm fine with him being out in the day for this film.

Hehe, and what's wrong with this manip/artwork? It looks great.Yurka probably wants this...and only this....all the time....

Having Batman fight during the daytime completely defeats the whole idea of him in the films, IMO. He's supposed to be scary and intimidating. Putting him in full lighting takes away the entire dark element.
For example, the warehouse scene in Begins wouldn't be effective if we saw Batman in every shot of him silently taking out the crooks, would it?

This is very simple thinking.
I kinda' like the whole 'the gloves are off...day, night, whatever...this is for all the marbles..' kind of feel to it.
You can do that in any setting, night, day, inside, outside, without compromising a large element of the character.

It's a very simple problem.

Not a problem at all. You don't like it but you have yet to actually to see it.

So do you think that the huge Bane fight(where he breaks the mask) happens before or after The Lobster/Tumbler chase scene?
Isn't the merc behind Miranda the same guy that handed off Dr. Paval?
Ha, that's exactly what he just asked.Isn't the merc behind Miranda the same guy that handed off Dr. Paval?

I'm not sure if this was mentioned in one of the many previous speculation and discussion threads but if you look at this picture:

Do you guys think that the man on Tatalia's right is the same man from the prologue who handed Bane over to CIA? If so, it would seem Bane and Tatalia are definitely working together.
Either that, or it's the guy who handed off that doctor.
