Anyone know how many TV spots are generally to be expected? We already have 7 to my knowledge. Should we expect 3 more, 5, 10? Anyone have an idea?

Im guessing that it will follow TDK pretty closely in that aspect. With that said, I think there were a lot more spots for TDK. Somewhere in the teens IIRC.

I wonder when they will amp up the showing of the TDKR TV spots? I mean, so far, even if we already have 7 TV spots, they really haven't been shown that much. It's more or less in just one show per TV spot.

TDK was in the 20's I thought. This campaign just doesn't feel anywhere near as aggressive.

Hmm. Well we're still more than a month away. I'm sure in the coming weeks we'll have a swarm of footage coming our way, with new spots and talk show clips and all. I was just curious if we had already gotten all we'll get and were hopelessly optimistic.

There was some Nissan commercial that reused a lot of footage from BB. Maybe that's the 7th?

I dont think I need or want any more TV spots. For one they just make me wish July 19th was sooner. Also, being this close in, I dont want to know or have my mind automatically sync shots because I saw all the spots.

The last "cbm" had so many scene spoilers tv spots that I almost new what was coming or what should be coming next when I saw the movie in theater. That's just not any fun at all.

The TV Spots, particular the first four were, or rather are, great. That could've sustained the TV ads for a month until phase 2 starts firing up here around the 19th-20th I suspect. I don't personally need to see any more footage until July 20th. I haven't watched the MTV stuff, and will not...just read about it...and checked out the music. I'm set.

If I remember correctly, the spots earlier in the NBA playoffs didn't air until the tail end of the games like in the last five minutes of the 4th quarter. So there is still hope.
