He sounds great in that clip. When I first heard the "day vs night...." part I always thought he was talking to Lois, not Superman.

My theory for the fight is Lex is making Superman fight Batman to the death. But Superman will not kill Batman so I think Superman is going to allow Batman to try and kill him which Batman does not do.
 
Can't wait to see the smackdown Doomsday lays on Supes!

Agreed! By significant I meant surprising, if you factor in millenials or those segments of the population that were either living under a rock or for which this may have missed their news feed. The impact of the story line itself I think is solely reserved for us fans, probably less than 1% of the population. Either way, let's hope Snyder knocks it out of the park, he has exceptional source material to work with and a brilliant cast and writer to boot. With his impeccable visual style, on paper this should be a sure thing. I can't believe that my ideal story line for this DCU is actually going to happen. I was envisioning this type of scenario since the Superman Returns days.

I still don't know what you're talking about... That's what happens to him in the comics, I'm just saying how it's going to be cool to see this God meet his match physically. What's your deal man? Lighten up.

He's going to beat the snot out of him and I'm going to enjoy every second of it. Others will enjoy it as well.

Meh, I think people are being overly sensitive. We know Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, and Doomsday are going to be fighting in this movie. At least one of them is bound to get their asses whupped. And if you have even a layman's knowledge of comic books you'd know that Doomsday has killed Superman before. It's not a big deal. Some Superman fans, I am one by the way, need to grow a pair or at least thicker skin.

A lot of Batman fans are sensitive and easily upset too. This is coming from a Batman fan btw. He is my favourite hero.

Yep. It's the same thing with TDKRises. The one thing people continually say about that film is how Bane beat the snot out of Batman. People love cool heroes, but they also love cool villains who give the hero a run for his money.

It was rumor that a post credit was going to be in this that will leave people blown away. I wonder what it will be. Perhaps his revival.

I'm also going to be stoked if there's an after credits scene. That's probably the only thing I won't spoil for myself... I want at least one surprise when I'm in the theatre haha! :cwink:
