yep. even small changes to diet and lifestyle can make big differences.
for me, it was calculating a daily calorie target and monitoring calories per meal. doing that makes you more aware of what you're stuffing into your face....lol. When you look at a typical fast food meal ( burger, fries, drink, dessert ) and realize that can be > 1000 calories ( all or most of your daily calorie target ), you start making different choices.....hah.
One reason why I've been soda free for almost 2 years now.
and I'll keep an eye on the Surface Pro line. maybe wait for a really good sale/deal or wait to see what they do with the next model.
especially if I do get an X - I'd like to stay in the MS "fold" so to speak.
I'm in both the MS and Apple ecosystem. So it's a pain in the ass when google/samsung start making amazing products.
I rarely drink fizzy drinks. Stil enjoy them. But if I get a coke in the fridge i'll make it last a few days. I also still love a McDonalds and will get through the whole thing in 5 minutes, but I just have them less often.
