Thor: Ragnarok The Official News and Speculation Thread - - - - Part 13

I was about to finally write my full Ragnarok review but my favorite UFC fighter Cody Garbrandt just got knocked out.

I'm in TURMOIL, just sitting here with his shirt on looking foolish.
I was rooting for No Love too, just because I don't like TJ and never have. I hope Might Mouse Johnson wrecks him if they actually fight.

I didn't even stay and watch The Bisping/GSP fight.

. It was a decent fight. Not sure if you know who won so I won't spoil it. Both fighters get interviewed at the end of course
GSP was unsure on if he would stay at 185lbs or go back down.

My friend told me GSP submitted Bisping.

Pre-Ragnarok that was a very common top 5 (mine too). At the moment I think Ragnarok is only behind CW and Avengers for me but will know more when I rewatch all the films before IW.
It is in my top 5 which is basically that but I didn't have IM in it. My 5th was always flipping I had Hulk, Thor1, and GOTG2 in at some point. I currently feel like Thor 3 is 4th and CW is now 5th.

Yes he did, but GSP looked tired by round 2. I wasn't sure he would last much longer but he can get take downs whenever he wants.

As I knew he could, Bisping underestimated his takedowns.

Regarding UFC spoilers, please put such things in spoiler tags. For some of us the shows are in the middle of the night so our sports channels have them on the streaming services so we can watch them the day after.

I was so pumped for this card but now I've gotten the two main events spoiled in this forum.

Woooo 3 for 3 MCU thought Spidey is part Sony. Damn though JL and Star Wars might pull Spidey and Thor down.

Excellent. :D

Did anyone else get a chuckle from that silly looking chair Thor was strapped to by the Grandmaster during their interaction?

Absolutely. Nothing like a big strong man immobilized like that. :p Even funnier when he kept getting zapped all the time. :p

Is this the first time in the MCU the same character has interacted with two different Stan Lee cameos? I remember Stark thinking Lee was Hugh Hefner in IM1 but besides that he hasn’t really talked to him. But Thor offered Lee some Asgard mead in AoU and had
his hair cut by Lee
in this one.

Viewing #5 in the bag. :woot: Ragnarok officially holds my record for the most times I've seen a movie at the theatre, I have no doubt I'll probably watch it a couple more times before it finishes it's run too.

This movie is crazy rewatchable, every time I see it I notice new funny and awesome stuff that I didn't before.

I've never watched a movie that many times at the theater. :p

Wow I didn't know that, I thought it all happened at once. I apologize for being the one to bring it up in the first place.

Nope. I have Moviepass as well and just watched Thor on Thursday and Friday. I got it three weeks ago and have seen 8 movies with zero problems so far.

I dreamed of a service like MoviePass for a very long time just because of blockbusters like Ragnarok. I've had mine for a couple of months now and love it. I've had no problems whatsoever watching any movie I want.
