I really don't care. To me, he is big enough. I never expected a hulk or behemoth. Nolan earned enough credit in the previous movies. I'm excited to see how it'll all turn out.

There's two things posters on this forum are talking about too much:

1. Bane's size (or lack thereof)

2. Batman possibly fighting during the daytime.

Both are non-issues to me.

As for Bane's size...

Bane can be shot/blocked/staged to look bigger than Batman. Reference The Lord of the Rings trilogy for how that's done.

Also, size isn't everything. Someone can be intimidating without being HUGE.

The ending of Lethal Weapon 4 was a perfect example of this. Jet Li is a little guy but I don't wanna fight him. Mel Gibson is a good size dude and Danny Glover is a tall big guy... yet both of them were scared about taking on Jet Li's character... and it was a 2 on 1 match up. The way it was film showed their trepidation. It worked.

I'd rather have a good actor portray Bane than some no-name wrestler or bodybuilder. I don't understand the worry.

Yet, fandom has a proclivicy toward incessant nitpicking (I'm no exception). It gets annoying.

Did not know he'd changed his look to that. Though I don't really follow any wrestling much these days. Preferred his Crow look better, this just looks silly. Rey Mysterio looked better when he dressed up as the Joker.
