People said the same thing about TDK.

-A hobo joker
-No perma-white
-Too many main villains and characters in the film, it will end up clustered like SM3 and have no good plot.

I've been for the past week going back to old posts in the TDK forums from 07 and a lot of the same things have been said again and again. Not saying that one cannot be worried, I'm not saying that. But to put you at ease, people were saying the same thing with TDK.

We have about 2% of the info of TDKR, we know scrambled bits of info and its just way too early to tell that. So far Nolan has juggled many different aspects, and int he end succeeded to most people. I was reading one of the old TDK threads today and how many hated the Joker voice, or the fact that he was not perma-white. And in the end most ended up liking it in full context. I'm sure we don't have anything to worry about. Not saying one cannot point out their fears, but to put some of them at ease, I think we will be fine.

Something tells me this wont happen this time around. This film is going to have an uphill battle to climb because everyone has there eyes on it.

Half the problem with this stuff were getting is that were not even supposed to see it to begin with. Its like the posters on here think they are directors and should be telling Nolan how to make the film. I mean, when there are threads on "batman in the daytime" you know things are being over analyized way too much.

I'm not going to say TDKR will be bad, but as of now, my expectations are very low.

-A small Bane
-A "cat-less" Catwoman
-A Bane who sounds like a mentally challenged old man
-An action scene at a football stadium?

Bane might be shorter than Batman, and if so, there'll be a good reason for it. His costume may look nothing like the Bane we're familiar with, and more like a Star Trek villain, but that's ok too. It's better! Catwoman may never don her cat mantle, and if not, a Tombraider/Trinity/Spy Kids/Black Widow/Underworld-version will be just purrrrfect. Bane sounding like an old geezer from England...hey, no problem! If they gave him a robotic hand, hell, that'd be cool too. Maybe he'll get a jetpack too! Just as long as they call him "Bane", then big ups!

When every image, take, outfit, voice, time of day, is being overanalyzed to the extent it is with this film what's happening on this board is bound to happen. You all realize we are not meant to see or hear any of this. The movie, which is a full year away, will look and sound absolutely nothing like what we are seeing In all of these shots. At least keep that in mind while your praising, trashing, and critiquing every minute detail of things your not suppose to be even seeing.

It's a giant and very public stunt, and needed to be done a year from release. He's had a slew of movies to realize people are going to attempt to spoil the film he's currently making and now has figured out how to play against it. Plus Bane is a character who you can't even see his mouth move. Nolan just trolled all of fandom to maintain his film a year away from opening
