Do you guys think that Victor Zsasz is going to have a little scene in the begining of The Dark Knight Rises, like the Scarecrow had on The Dark Knight?

Would be cool to see Victor Zsasz do something!
Maybe Joseph Gordon Levitt will be playing him?
