This is a continuation thread, the old thread is [split]385595[/split]
It takes place in the summer of 2003, where during a blackout in New York a disgusted employee unleashed a virus on the city.
Because of this, the city is now controlled by a computer controlled by a major corporation. The computer knows all your actions, thoughts, etc and links everything you do to the system. All data is interconnected.
Players can control an entire surveillance system in the game, and use the computer system as a weapon once hacked.
Good to hear.If you are intrigued by the story/setting, absolutely. There is a LOT of game here.

So damn, what did you guys thought about the new IP from Ubisoft? I was real intrigued by what I saw, and I like the art direction, it reminds me of Syndicate.
Now that they have the basics down I am hoping that like Assassin's Creed the sequels actually do the IP Justice. (I love the game but it could be so much more)

Tons of people are getting stuck on the initial load screen at about 90%, myself included. I'm glad to see no one here has been struck with this ridiculous game breaking bug. We still don't know the exact root cause but it's directly tied to uPlay and redeeming the rewards for the game.
This has been an issue since day one and all Ubisoft has done is said they are looking into it and put out a bogus workaround for the PS4. No major gaming news outlets have even reported on it either.
I was having so much fun playing the game but haven't been able to for the past two days. So, just a heads up, buying the rewards from uPlay could potentially stop you from playing the game. It's not happening to everyone, but why risk it?
Is there a way to fast travel? The map is huge so getting to the various missions looks like it could get annoying
