We have seen Moroni and Falcone but what mob boss would you next like to see in the films or who could fit in the films?
Brody seems to be way too overqualified for Falcone. He hasnt done much since The Pianist, but still.Alberto Falcone would be nice to see and I feel Adrian Brody would be the perfect guy to play him but if I were to go with one particular mob boss it'd be Rupert Thorne and have either Brian Cox, Albert Finney, or Paul Sorvino play him.
Penguin- Timothy Spall or Bob Hoskins are my ideal choices.
No one here is in favor of Tony "The Boss" Zucco?
He could be the last of the normal crime bosses. Have the mob being run by either: Black Mask, Blockbuster, Penguin, Ventriloquist, or Great White Shark. Have Zucco break off on his own with the last of the traditional criminals.
This way, if Nolan wanted, he could even throw in a reference to how Zucco is using unusual means to do business because the freaks are taking over Gotham. He's forced to run guns and drugs through the circus, using their trucks and such because the freaks have a domination on the docks and other methods of transportation in Gotham.

Sorry I would buy Buscemi being Tom Wilkinsons son.I would like to see Alberto Falcone as a spoiled, whiney unhinged psychopathic mob boss who is being manipulated by a real super villain like Black Mask or Penguin into starting a mob war he can't win, but that will greatly benefit someone else. (Examples: Roman Sionis convinces him to do it, so later as Black Mask he can take over the remaining gangs, or the Penguin convinces him so he can sell both sides weapons, or the Riddler convinces him to draw Batman out into the open more).
Perhaps I am thinking back to Sopranos and Reservoir Dogs, but I would like to see Steve Buscemi play him.
Rupert Thorne is far more politically inclined than most of Batman's mobsters. If they're going to use him, they need to remember that.
In my mind, the problem with Alberto is that--at the time of TDK--it had been six months since Carmine was committed. Logically, wouldn't Alberto have done something first instead of Maroni as a way of keeping it "in the family?"
