The Dark Knight Rises What Mob Boss Next?

Speaking of Rupert Thorne, does anyone think Seymour Hoffman would be better as Thorne? I know quite a bit of of people believe he should be Penguin, IMO the looks comparison between Hoffman and Thorne is almost flawless.

When I think of Christopher Lee in a Batman movie I think of Hugo Strange.

Yeah, that a pretty good selection aswell. Hoffman's a quality actor, I'd like to see him in a Bat-film. He's already done some big-budget action work didn't he? Wasn't he the villain in Mission Impossible III?

He was. Huge waste of talent.

He's WAY to over-qualified for the role. WHo gives a S if the actor looks like the character or not anyway?!

Seymour Hoffman would do it if asked. And he wouldn't be wasted if the third flick is as well done as the previous.

Yeah. That's true aswell. IF there ever is a Thorne I'm betting he'll be played by a Eric Roberts-type actor.

I say it's about bringing back another 80s-90s hard nut. Enter...Tom Berenger!!! :hehe:

I'm sorry, I watched Dogs of War last night and I watched Platoon a few days ago. He deserves a come back, he is a bad ass.

Yea I don't think any actor out there would reject a role in the next Nolan helmed Batman flick. They would be stupid to do so.

You think he'd reject the offer? Seriously? When has he ever come off like that? This wouldn't exactly be slumming it.
Yes I doubt one of the biggest actors in our time would chose to play the 9th or 10th character in a blockbuster movie. You speak like he is some extra actor that can barely make a living.

I still think Tony Zucco would be the best mob boss to include in the story, even if Dick Grayson/Robin is not in the movie at all. He's the next most prominent mob villain the fans would know and get excited about.....
