Yeah, with Rumpelstiltskin and Hood of Horror, I'm getting desperate with my instant Netflix cue while waiting for good movies to come in the mail.

This fully merits it's reputation as one of the worst movies ever made, it is complete garbage in every aspect with action shots from other movies spliced in all over the place. 0/10

Silver Linings Playbook

Pretty good movie, with an amazing cast and performances.

8.5/10

The Invisible Man - 9 or 10 out of 10

Wow, this still holds up incredibly well. Claude Rains is probably up there as one of the greatest cinematic villains. Creepy, threatening, and even funny. When you don't see him, you just feel his presence and if that won't get you, his voice will.

The Mummy - 7/10

It's all right. Karloff is good but I prefer the Hammer films.

Silver Lining's Playbook - 8/10
Hobo with a Shotgun - 6/10
The Italian Job (Original) 7/10
Point Break 7/10

I'm surprised I've never heard of this. That's an interesting cast , but looks avoidable.

Mama the 2013 Del Toro produced one.

I give it a solid 7.5. For a pg-13 movie it's still pretty creepy. But the story is a little confusing ( particularly Mama's tragic backstory, and some other plot points). But mama her self looks incredibly creepy I mean jeesh even I might have nightmares from that image lol.

I almost don't want to see Looper after finding out the director/producer/writer/actor of Primer was asked to be an advisor for the time travel elements. Both Back to the Future and Terminator did it perfectly fine.

Looper explains time travel less than BTTF and Terminator. The most explanation you get is Bruce Willis saying he's not going to bother explaining anything.

Casino 7/10. It was Ok, but nothing special. It certainly wasn't Goodfellas. The whole thing felt inconsequential. The voice-over narration was over done IMO and distracted from the plot.

Zero Dark Thirty

8 or 9.

End of Days - worth it just to hear Arnie call Satan a choir boy

The Last Exorcism

Solid. I'm relieved to hear that the sequel is abandoning the mockmentary approach.

Argo

Good, but it didn't inspire much passion. Affleck's performance is kinda sleepy, but his direction is solid.

Last House on the Left (2009)

The second hour remake in as many days that I really liked. Well directed and it has an unusually good cast. Garrett Dillahunt is a stealth genius.

Urban Legend

Fun, but excruciatingly stupid. It's starting to gain a reputation as one of the better post-Scream Slashers, but I think it's only okay. It might hold some kind of record for movie with the most fake cat scares.

Watched Taken 2 last night, VERY good. Not as good as the first, which was amazing. But still very good.

8/10

Zero Dark Thirty
This Is 40
The Winning Season
Internal Affairs
An Officer and a Gentleman
