In the last week
Hunger Games- 6/10, I wasn't sure what the target audience was for this film seemed like a hybrid of Harry Potter and Twilight.
Five Year Engagement- 8/10, I love Alison Brie and Jason Segel is probably my favorite comedic actor behind Jim Carrey
MIB3- 7/10, they could have done a better job with Clement's character it was definitely better than the second one though.

2.5/5,Good concept and an awesome cast(especially the Mexican cast)But meh characters and rarely funny to me,Has some weird&random crap that is just f'n stupid

It starts off pretty well with a simple Snake Eyes & Storm Shadow story and some decent action, then suddenly a businessman villain and his cult of followers all dressed like an 80's street gang are thrown into the mix, they are added mainly to give Adkins someone to fight throughout the movie until his showdown with the main Ninja bad guy, but they are a very poorly thought out and designed action prop.

The high-tech Ninja bad guy is great and the highlight of the film, Adkins is very good in the fight scenes and clearly very gifted at what he does, but he's a modern day Jeff Speakman, bland and lacking the charisma and presence of even guys like Statham or Diesel.

It's an uneven bag but reasonably entertaining and doesn't feel as cheap as most Nu-image films.

6/10

brandedtoo wierd for me

I think you liked Ninja more than I did, but I had judged Adkins on this too and wrote him off. It turned out he's pretty awesome in the Undisputed films.

The Last Stand - It's great to see Arnold back in action.

Silver Lining Playbook- definitely deserves all the recognition its getting, the psychiatrist at the Eagles game killed me haha I really now have a deep admiration for Jennifer Lawrence she is definitely going to be a contender this year for the oscars. 10/10

The Woman - One of the most deranged horror films I've seen in a long time. Sean Bridgers is good at playing the creepy father who becomes obsessed with a cannibal woman he finds in the woods.

Dragonlance: Dragons Of Autumn Twilight

Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope

It starts out quite well with a crew of corrupt ex-cops manufacturing a gang war to tear apart the City they blame for their prison time, Speakman's ex cop Barrett gets involved when a doctor asks him to help locate her brother who witnessed the ex cops killing bangers from both sides. Unfortunately it just falls apart in the final third and none of the action is very good. Christopher Neame does make for a good villain though. 5/10

Those are the kickboxer in prison movies right? First was actually Snipes and Rhames as boxers if I recall correctly. He's in the new Universal Soldier so I might try that instead.

Yeah, that movie was pretty messed up. The actress who played the Woman, Pollyanna McIntosh, doesn't look too bad in real life but they did a good job of making her ugly.

Adkins is legitimately very, very good in Day of Reckoning. He doesn't get too rely on his physical prowess for nearly the first hour. He just has to act, and he pulls it off.

John De Lancie's (yes, Q) documentary on the fandom of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. 7/10 not bad. A little disjointed in some places.

8.5/10 Very good but still the limitations of the genre seem to work against it being any more interesting enough for me to rate it higher. Some movies, even if they were absolutely perfect(which is impossible) would still be hindered by the level of interest their subject matter or genre has with me and dry as hell modern history recreations and CIA stuff aren't exactly the cat's meow to me. But it's a hellova lot better than the next movie I saw last night(double feature):

4/10 Ruben Fleischer, you are no Brian DePalma and this is no The Untouchables. Now your cast is of about equal caliber, that I'll grant you but the script sucks. It's pretty much just ticking off the gangster movie beats like a waitress ringing for an order up at Denny's. Thoroughly without any passion for what it's doing. I love gangster movies, especially period ones when they are done right but this wasn't what I had in mind. It almost seems at points that this film kinda wants to start parodying gangster films but then swerves back into it's groove of just doing a completely unexceptional, by-the-numbers generic gangster film. What a waste of such a great cast.
