The Chronicles Of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch, And The Wardrobe

Dragonheart

Death Wish 3 (1985)

One of the greatest climactic action scenes ever. I hope they do a shot for shot remake of the final action scene with Liam Neeson as some kind of art project.

Also Deanna Troi's boobies.

RIP Michael Winner, you sleazy bastard.

I disagree. I think the ending of SLP went with the tone of the movie, which was more dramedy and while some scenes got dark, there was always something to lighten the tone.

But it didn't even end with a "silver lining." I think an ending more bittersweet would have been more appropriate.

The Grey - 8/10

Gripping.

"Mama", the short movie that inspired the feature film (that I haven't seen yet.) Pretty creepy.

I'm not going to say that it's the perfect ending, but I just believe that the ending goes with the tone of the movie. It's not like the movie was that heavy on drama and as I said in another thread, the really heavy drama moments got levied out by comedy.

Underrated gem!

They killed the Giggler! This was the one that went full 80's with the body count and absurd Max Max style gang. :woot:

The Avengers
Drive
Tales from the Darkside: The Move 6/10
V/H/S/ 8/10

Sword of the Valiant: The Legend of Sir Gawain & the Green Knight (1984)

So incredibly ludicrous, I was inspired by the dude to watch this as I've only seen bits of it, the full thing is a collection of random scenes that showcase how horrible the bad guys (called creeps throughout the movie) are, all leading to a run and gun finale that reminded me of those old light-gun games with pop up targets. :funny: 4/10

That cheesy sit-com theme at the beginning had me rolling. Then lots of boredrom, Deanna Troi's boobies, more boredom, the hilarious dispatching of the love interest, epic final action scene.
