Interesting if amateurish documentary about ultra violent wrestler Matt Burns AKA "Sick" Nick Mondo. Thankfully he survived the crazy stuff he did and seems to be doing well, but he was a good athlete with charisma who unfortunately got caught up in the death match sub culture and never got a chance to make a real living as a wrestler, instead his career ended early after puncturing an artery in his back in a stupid ultra violent death match...........
Amazingly he wrestled again later that night in a glass light-tube match despite nurses warning him the blood loss was potentially life threatening and that he needed to go to a hospital.
This is not wrestling, it's not the craft or art of the sport and I actually think he could have been successful as a proper wrestler, but still, he is now pursuing film making and living in Japan, so all's well that ends well, but the docu will hopefully serve as a warning to young athletes with potential who think they are invincible and that this nonsense is "cool". 6/10
