Avengers (2012) - for the 2nd time. Still great.

The Mask of Zorro - Still one of the most fun movies in my collection.

I saw The Legend of Zorro in theater years ago and still can't shake the disappointment I felt.

My sentiments exactly.
'Mask of Zorro' remains one of my all- time favorite movies (I've got to see that again some time, it's been years), whereas 'Legend of Zorro' remains one of my all- time least favorite movies.

For me, Dark Shadows yesterday.
Mostly very good, I'd give it a nice 7/10. The very end suggests a sequel, and I'd like to see that come about.

That's one movie I need to get on Bluray. I watched it in the theater and I think I saw it once on DVD but it's a fun film. Especially when he's slicing away Catherine's dress. :woot:

Iron Sky

It's Nazi's...FROM SPACE! This might be one of the greatest B-movies of all time. The film looks really good almost if it's a big budget action film and yet have the same qualities as a B movie. It's freaking hilarious.
8.5/10

It's pretty much what I would find best for a summer film for me. Well paced, has wit and charm, humor, great action and interesting characters. I need to get it on Blu Ray too.

Men In Black 3 - it was ok but I'm still confused whether the MIB films are supposed to be action comedies or just flat out action because this last one didn't have that much humor in it.

The Chernobyl Diaries - it was fun but I hate when the ending leaves the audience hanging for questions which I hope if a sequel gets made is ever explained.

Moonrise Kingdom - 8.5/10

Going to see it again soon. Still letting it sink in.

Pulp Fiction

10/10

Every time I see this movie, I remember what an experience it was to see it for the first time, and still I notice things about it that I didn't catch before.

Double dragon the sheild of shadowkhan

Good Will Hunting - 9 or 10 out of 10

The script speaks for itself. And everything else falls beautifully into place because of it. Wow, Robin Williams knocked me off my feet.

Green Lantern

It's still mediocre. Reynolds is fine and I didn't dislike the rest of the cast but the script is really poor and the direction uninspired. The whole movie is uninspired and just features a bunch of stuff from better comic book movies.

Who can forget the scene where they send like five Green Lantern's to defeat Parallax and when they're defeated, give up and that somehow gives Sinestory incentive to use the yellow power ring.

I mean Christ, you have an ENTIRE GL Core to fight this guy and they send five guys??

That's just bad writing right there.

The Sorcerer's Apprentice -- Mediocre, but still fun!

1.5/5

My friends have been hyping this movie up for years. Maybe it's because I didn't watch it when it first came out and reality TV was brand new but I really thought this movie was pretty crappy. I will admit they copied the style of reality TV shows very well but that's not saying much considering the writer of this movie was apparently one of the original writers for the Real World.

Bad writing and subpar special effects ruin the movie for me. A key scene in the movie just kills it for me.

That scene when the alien is dying should have been played 100 percent straight in order to allow us to feel the seriousness of the situation but it wasn't. You had Hal making jokes and that just pissed me off.

Apollo 18
Friends with Kids
Rampart
Not Another Not Another Movie
The Dictator

While GL was horrible, I kinda disagree.

The Guardians believed Paralax to be powerful enough to destroy their entire Corps (which he can, because he did it in the comics), the only reason they even sent 5 guys at all was because Sinestro begged them to.

If anything, it doesn't make sense why they sent those guys at all when they knew exactly how powerful he was.

It doesn't try to be cutting edge or cool, it's a direct adaption of the 30's pulp serial adventure and has a lot of charm. 7/10
