Days of Future Past Which NEW Character/s would you like to see on the sequel?

I think there are far more interesting and better known mutants to utilize before introducing Stacy X. I don't think I would even be interested in seeing her as cannon fodder for the sentinels.

We keep talking about which new X-Men we would like to see, but I would like to see Brotherhood member Avalanche make an appearance at some point.

Avalanche would be a cool addition! Though I'm not sure if the Brotherhood should have a new member. Like if they are gonna feature a new member. I would like to see how they recruited that mutant first and not just appear in the screen with the Brotherhood right away.

The X-Men team needs some women. I'd like to see Polaris and/or Dazzler join the team. And Bishop for the time traveler.

Avalanche would be cool. And the X team definitely needs some more ladies.

Just like Polaris and Sunfire, Thunderbird is one of the first twenty members of the X-Men in the comics. And some fans want every member of the late60s/70s X-Men in the comics to appear in the First Class films, well except for Mimic and Changeling and the characters that were introduced in Second Genesis.

Thats kinda weird, adding characters for order credibility has pretty much gone out the window.With the roster they have right now I dont think he would bring much, rather see those roles for FC characters go to some female X Men personally. Thunderbird pretty much just shows up to die anyways. We all have our favorites I guess.

She can't exactly use pheromones on a Sentinel. Totally and utterly useless.

I think Polaris and Sunfire would be two good additions to the team. They'd both up the diversity factor adding a woman and Asian character to the roster.

She was originally cast as Stacy X, I believe. The design of her costume with that mesh top was to resemble the reptilian torso of the comic book character.

I have a suspicion that Avalanche was in the script early on and when he was scrapped, Omahyra instead became the similarly-powered Arclight.

Polaris is a tricky one, as previously debated, and Psylocke deserves a better introduction.

Thats why it would be interesting, though it doesn't mean it would be good.

Seems a waste of a character. I can't see what purpose she would serve. Plus, she looks like Mystique because the comic book version was created because of Mystique's scaly look in the movies. Why bother with such a Z-list mutant when there are so many others who could be chosen?

Yeah, I think Betsy is best reserved till Angel is thrown back in the mix. I assume they want to do Apocalyspe and his Horsemen eventually, save her for that so they can actually build on her relationship with Warren and that whole tragedy. Too good of stuff there to pass up.

They should also do the 70s version of the Subbasement where the Cerebro, Danger Room, X-Hangar and the Clinic are located. And I want to see Beast have his own laboratory inside the X-Mansion.

Yeah, I hope there is a good evolution since we last saw everyone. Including introducing some new students. Alot can happen in 10 years.

I hope they'll keep Havok and Banshee because I don't want people to just assume they left or die sometime between those 11 years. And there has to be a smooth transition from First Class to this movie even if the gap between them is huge.

I also think they can definitely add new faces to the 70s X-Men like Polaris and Dazzler. In the first X-Men movie, when X-Men was introduced, we didn't exactly know how Professor X met Cyclops, Jean Grey and Storm and how those 3 became X-Men. Professor X just said that those three were some of his 1st few students and with Dazzler and Polaris, they could do that too.

But the main concern for this is the cast of this film is already huge. Seeing new characters (especially the ones that are the part of the X-Men team) is always interesting but if those new characters didn't get enough screentime for their first X-Men movie and if we didn't get an idea who they are as a person then it would look like they were just added in the movie for the sake of having new/more characters.
