Movie Thor's helmet is ceremonial, I have no problem with that. I'm just happy the movie was well received and profitable and we're getting a sequel.
True that.
I was more than concerned that Thor wouldn't be given a chance by the GA but man oh man was I wrong...I'm probably more pumped about the Thor sequel than anything else Marvel has in the works now (other than the Avengers of course).

You know, I'm curious to see in "The Avengers" as to why Thor doesn't end up being the one that interrogates Loki personally on board the Hellicarrier. I mean given that Chris has stated in his interviews that Thor will have a arc where while he's still intent on making sure that loki doesn't end up destroying the world, that he still wants to protect his brother and that he wants to personally deal with him and not let anyone else...so I'm curious as to how fury gets Thor to agree in letting him (fury) interrogate his brother instead.
I'm guessing Loki's "capture" is before Thor even gets to Earth.
I loved it. Just wish he wore it all the time like Loki did. See I love the Lord Thor helmet it's based on tho too.Am I the only person who didn't like the helmet in the movie? I know that it's always been an essential part of Thor's look; but after seeing behind the scenes footage of him wearing it, it just didn't look right to me.
Not to be nitpicky or anything, since it won't at all ruin my experience in any way while watching the film, but after seeing some more shots of Thor's new costume in motion, I gotta say that I kind of miss his costume from his solo film. It's not really the pants issue that's bugging me, it's just that i liked the overall design and look of his armor from his own film than the one we have in the Avenger. It looked more sleek and formal fighting than the bulky looking one that we have now. And I definitely prefer the boots and arm bands that he wore in his solo movie.
