1:Would fox scrap Apocalypse and have Simon Kinberg devolp an entirely different third film for FC cast and push It to 2017 give third apes film the may 27 2016 release and possable push up wolverine film from march 2017 to july 2016 release
2:Will this turn into First Class like situation where the story SInger devolped with Kinberg and both Michael dougherty and Dan harris continue to be devolped into script and he stays as producer but another director Is brought In.

If there truly Is criminal investigation they might want to completly disassociate the next film from him and both dougherty and Harris are closly associated with him.Even if he isn't arrested at end.

The article doesnt say that at all. The article says the accusation is being investigated. Which means as of right now its just a fact finding thing to see if it is possible that it happened.
Also Buzzfeed said it was an underage person and now its a person in their 20's.

I am not saying he is innocent but to say that Kinberg will be directing Apoc this early when there is no trial or anything against Singer is a bit of a stretch

From those who have seen drafts of DOFP before Singer took over as director that doesn't bode well.

The FF reboot also will tests Kinberg's quality as writer.

If his comments on FF reboot tune out to be true then Fox will have credable reason to trust him still I am skeptical of them turning over next film to someone who has never directed anything especilly if next film Is totally
seperated from Singer and his ideas.

I would be surprised if Fox hired him with a criminal investigation hanging over his head. The allegations could prove to be bogus but it could a long while.

If you say reports say a new york policie official says it's investigating him then i have no reason to disbelieve you.

Investigation like this can bring this entire film In doudt.There would be a lot of negative talk of kinberg being given the directing gig.There are plenty who raised eyes when paramount gave robert orci the trek 3 directing gig.

This version of days of future past followup could be In jeapody If because of investigation or god forbid he was arrested they wanted to totaly distance themselves from him.He co-wrote the outline for this film and films can totaly change when they lose director.

It's just speculation for now till we hear more from fox or about this investigation.

You're talking a lot of "ifs" here. Singer may have a lot of rumors about him, but there's never been proof or convictions against him, and there's usually a reason for that.

I understand and agree that Buzzfeed is a joke, the fact that they even published a story like this is proof of how unethical they are and I believe sex abuse criminal cases are extremely difficult to prove so I expect nothing will come of this but I don't see Fox hiring him with a criminal complaint hanging over his head.
