Where did you hear Halle Berry, the article did specifically state Alexandra Shipp. They can't have McAvoy with Halle Berry there different decades of the characters.

Well as of now the main X Films are period films that would be odd to mix McAvoy and Berry in a period piece. When they have the new Storm (Shipp) portraying her currently. I would have liked them set in present but I'm happy either way and the movies will still be good regardless. I do hope the Storm rumor is true with New Mutants though

Yeah, I remember that one too. If it's a rumour, it's kinda strange why specifically McKellen and Berry were mentioned.

It will probably just be a glimpse of Jackman at Alkali base.

So based on the trailer, that Nightcrawler versus Archangel fight took place in a fighting cage scene??

It doesn't quite look like the location for the finale battle.

Maybe, Nightcrawler teleports both of them to the fighting cage location??

It is not in the final battle though it's at the beginning sometime then they will likely rematch at the end.

But I feel "X-Men: House of M" is by far one of the coolest titles ever.

X-Men: Intergalactic might work okay, though.

It depends to some extent on the story they are telling.

If it's a space story, the main event is likely to be Dark Phoenix, Shi'ar, Starjammers or M'Krann Crystal, or some combination of those. The Brood is less likely, they were just a rip-off of the Alien xenomorphs.

X-Men vs Starjammers would work okay as movie title, though the Starjammers weren't an opposing team.

The opponents were Imperial Guard, so how about X-Men: Imperial Guard

Also X:Men: Phoenix saga part 1 would be fine if it sets up the story as a multiple or if not I would go with X:Men: Rise of the Empire. I would suggest they do a Sinister movie though and introduce shiar before going for Phoenix

If done right I think Shiar should be introduced before a full out Dark Pheonix saga. I can't wait to see the next trailer for Apocalypse though.

I guess it depends on the script and timing. If it's set in the present/future then Halle and Patrick make more sense (in older mentor roles).

The report mentioned Shipp and McAvoy so it could be set in the 80s/90s. Xavier leading the school and Storm training the new team? They probably have Storm there for cast diversity.

X-Men: Shi'ar wouldn't be bad. I can't think of anything other than X-traterrestrial...

Anyway, if they were to do a Magneto secession tale, it could climax with an Asteroid M in space. There was an episode of TAS like that, as well as a video game (Legends I) and of course the original material/comics
