I was speculating, since there's no way the series is going to go into the continuity morass known as Madelyn Pryor, they could have Sinister create Cable by mixing Scott and Jean's DNA.

Also, they could have Sinister be the one to corrupt Jean into becoming Dark Phoenix instead of the Hellfire Club (most of whom have been killed off). I guess Mastermind could still be an option (despite him being the inspiration for Jason Stryker in this universe), but bringing Sinister into the Dark Phoenix Saga is a lot more neat and tidy and reins the focus in back on Scott and Jean.

I know it's the same shot, but I really loved how DoFP matched the visuals of 70s films with the filters they used. And now XMA is much brighter in the 80s...

I don't mind his voice altering at times, maybe when he changes size. I just don't like the way it sounds there. Hopefully that won't end up being the final version.
