Obviously. But they put everything together to make it look like it was long shot without any cuts.
And? It was a nice mash of green/blue screen and CGI elements, the single take wasn't that long. Not long like Tintin was.

Argo and Silver Lining are my favorites. I have to rewatch Lincoln because first time I felt some parts were draggy

The Bond tribute blew huge chunks. Bassey was phenomenal though.

Just watched Side by Side this morning and would've loved to seen it nominated for Documentary.

Seth kind of has to keep it fairly clean considering where he is. On his cartoons, movies and the roast he can do whatever.

Obviously it wasn't as long, but it was a closer step towards it that no one ever did before.

Did no one ever do a CGI realistic big cat before?

Hint: Aslan

If Aslan didn't exist, I'd see the big deal. But when the tiger was the only really great animal, while the others had hiccups and even the critics stated that -- I think that's very telling. Hell, just make the other animals as good and I'd give it to them. But, since they weren't all I see is them getting credit largely for bouncing off of Aslan.

Adele is slated to sing Skyfall, so it'll happen, but I thought they'd have it done during the Bond tribute.

I gotta say...they should keep the Jaws theme for cutting them off forever.

That Prometheus gag was hilarious.

Also, I'm getting pretty damn sick of this Sprint commercial.
