I feel like a lot of Life of pie was done in computer so I cant say I appreciate the work as much as Deakins.

Breaking Dawn wouldn't win any Razzies if it wasn't so popular and big among a certain crowd. It's not that bad really.

But choosing more obscure and truly horrible movies wouldn't be as fun or get as much attention. So I get it.

As much as I have complained about the Twilight movies and books for how god awful they are and how they're ruining society, I completely agree with you. Instead of actually giving awards to the worst of the worst, the Razzies have turned into a Twilight/Adam Sandler bashfest.

The only Razzie Breaking Dawn Part II deserved to win was Worst Screen Couple between Taylor Lautner and Mackenzie Foy. But the movie didn't deserve to win the other Razzies. As a matter in fact, Bill Condon actually did a great job working with the awful material that he had to deal with and the movie at least had a very enjoyable fight scene.

Same with Adam Sandler, while That's My Boy was terrible, it was still the best film Sandler has put out in a LOOOOOOOONG time and there were films that were much worse than That's My Boy. It didn't deserve a lot of the nominations it got and Sandler didn't deserve the Worst Actor this time around.

And Pi takes Visual Effects too, as expected. 4/5!

having a lot of CGI means lighting those is a lot trickier as well. There is a reason Avatar won.

It would have been cool to have the Avengers cast give the award to the Avengers effects team. To me, Avengers should have won since they did a sequence Spielberg said was impossible to do live action when doing interview rounds for Tintin. According to Spielberg that kind of camera move could not be achieved in live action.
